I try to install stable diffusion in my computer using VPN in China, I fail and not been able to install clip. Here is what shown on my CMD

It stated "note: This error originates from a subprocess, and is likely not a problem with pip.", so I know it should not be pip, but I still update my pip to 23.0.1.
