When I click to re-activate disabled subscription, I am seeing this message
Settle your past due balance to reactivate your subscription
The billing profile for your subscription has a past due balance. Settle the past due balance, and then reactivate your subscription.
I cleared the dues and waited for 30 mins , still can't able to re-activate the subscription.

assume the app is downloaded 10 times and uses the Flame Plan .Does that mean all 10 downloads have their own Flame Plan or the 10 downloads are sharing the 1 Flame Plan? How does it Work ??
Firebase is a cloud Service. If you load your app locally to modify or expand with functionality, you use only one flame plan. No matter how many people work on your project and download it locally, it’s only one flame plan.
For more information read the Pricing Guide of Firebase.

This is a feature I've been wondering about. Really loving Firebase Hosting but wanted to know are there any plans to allow traffic shaping as you can achieve on Google Cloud Platform? For example roll a new version out to 5% of visitors, do 50% A/B testing etc?
If there are that would be great, if not I guess it will be a matter of creating a custom server setup. Thanks

I have a BizSparks subscription to Windows Azure, I have created a website and deployed my MVC 4 app. All went well, the site running under : http://rfi-uat.azurewebsites.net/
Now, I am trying to set the CName and point my domain name to the site. I read and understood that in order to do this, I need to change the site mode from FREE to Shared. However, every time I try it says
Mode change could not be saved
The detail of the message reads
Please try again. If the problem persists, contact support.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
It appeared to be an issue for certain websites. In particular websites in East Asia region. I first lodged a ticket to the billing support as advised by #David M. above. The Win Azure team responded:
Your question appears to require technical support for
instead of billing and subscription support for Azure as selected.
Then I kept trying differnt things, and I found that few other operations fail occasionally on that particular website (which is the only one in East Asia region in my account).
I created a new Azure website in East US region and everything went smooth from there on.
