may someone tell me why the form fields don't get displayed on the right of the screen? Even when using col-6?

I am trying to place my input field directly to the left of the 3 buttons (the btn-toolbar) on the right side. I'm not sure why this is so difficult. I have tried changing the width of the input field and using various utility classes without success. Any help would be appreciated.

In one row your columns have to add up to 12 as it is a 12 column grid in Bootstrap. I have made the input 2 columns and the buttons 4 columns.
I have also fixed the mobile size layout by adding 3 cols of 4 followed 2 cols of 6 and adding a 'form group' class around the input field.
Updated to add 'text-right' to the button columns, and remove 'button-toolbar' from around the three buttons.
Updated again to add more breakpoints, so the large screen size looks better.

With some help from #k123, I was able to come up with a solution that seems to work okay. But if there is a better way to accomplish this, I'd be happy to choose a better answer.
I ended up putting the form-group into the last div and using the pull-left class to force it to the left of the buttons. It's definitely not the most ideal solution, but seems to look "well enough" on large displays.

in my application, I use a lot the bootcard .card class.
Only, very often when I switch to mobile view, I notice a big overflow, which causes a display bug, and my whole page is found shifted.
Which means that I have to change the code in my .card class each time to make sure everything fits even in mobile view. It's very weird
On large screen :
On small screen :
This is the code :

So heres my situtation, after I layed out the correct alignments of this emergency contact details of countries, I tried adding json to it. Unfortunately json scambled up my texts. I tried using another col grid inside "col-md-12" to no avail. I also tried bootstrap pull-right and pull-left but the hotline name and the number still does not align properly. I would like to have some advice to what can be done to position the texts.
Here is what its supposed to do: (imagine the flag is in the left side and the number are supposed to be aligned like a column)
Brunei
Ambulance: 991
Police: 993
Fire and Rescue: 995
Search and Rescue: 998

Here is the current mess of text:

For better understanding what is producing this grid here is the JSFIDDLE So now I want to move both col-sm-4 on the right side of site-heading in `col-sm-7. It is not so clear what I want so here is the image of that:
Please check this and see if is what you need. I have changed the main grid to col-sm-4 and col-sm-8 then added some inside.

I trying to design thumbnail using bootstrap 3
I am unable to design the table in that way can you please help me out
<div class="row">
<div class="col-sm-4 col-xs-6">
<div class="thumbnail">
<img src="//placehold.it/450X300/DD66DD/EE77EE" class="img-responsive">

</tr>
<tr>
<td>Total Land</td><td>7 acres</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Total Plots</td><td>154</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Avaliable Plots</td><td>15</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td colspan="2" align="right"><div class="enquirybuttonclass">
<input class="btn btn-primary" type="button" value="ENQUIRY"></div> </td>
</tr>
</table>
</div>
</div>
</div>
I have attached the image:
Try this:
<div class="row">
<div class="col-sm-4 col-xs-6">
<div class="panel panel-default">
<div class="panel-body">
<img src="//placehold.it/450X300/DD66DD/EE77EE" class="img-responsive">
<div class="caption">
<h3>Plot 1</h3>
<p><span class="glyphicon glyphicon-map-marker" aria-hidden="true"></span> Electronic City
</p>
</div>
</div>
<table class="table" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">
<tr>
<td>Price</td>
<td>Rs. 1400000</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Total Land</td>
<td>7 acres</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Total Plots</td>
<td>154</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Avaliable Plots</td>
<td>15</td>
</tr>
</table>
<div class="panel-body">
<input class="btn btn-primary pull-right" type="button" value="ENQUIRY">
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
Example
Rather than using the thumbnail class - which is generally just for holding images - I've changed the whole thing to a panel. The first part, including the image, is contained in a "panel-body", the table (now with class "table") has had all padding and margins removed so that it covers the full width, and the button has been removed from the table and put in its own panel with a "pull-right" class to bring it over to the right side.
Remove the border from the table, add the table class and you should be good to go.
<div class="thumbnail">
<img src="//placehold.it/250X100/DD66DD/EE77EE" class="img-responsive">
<div class="caption">
<h3>Plot 1</h3>
<p><span class="glyphicon glyphicon-map-marker" aria-hidden="true"></span>
Electronic City</p>
<table class="table">
<tbody><tr>
<td>Price</td><td>Rs. 1400000</td>
</tr>
<tr>
