Can we share/export the report templates in GA4? Is there any way to do that? - google-tag-manager

I have created custom reports in GA4 & now I want to export/share the template of that report without data so that other people need not to create the reports again like adding dimensions & metrics. Is there any option to do that?

Google Analytics spreadsheet Add-on - Filter and sort on main results

On google Analytics spredsheet add-on, I am trying to take only top results of a dimension (ga:pagePath), based on the specific metric (ga:pageViews).
I want my top 10 pages (based on the number of pageviews).
How can I do that in the query?
Thank you for your help.
When creating the "report configuration" tab in Google Sheets, then use these dimensions and metrics to create your report: This is an example Report Configuration which displayed my top 10 pages in a report.

Is there a way to create a custom report to track page views for certain URLs in Google Analytics?

I'm trying to create a custom report where I can track page views for certain URLs on my website, but struggle to include more than 1 URL. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
This is easily doable with a custom report and segments in GA:
You can do the following:
Click on Customization
Click on Custom Reports
Choose Landing Page and any metrics you need
Click Save
Once you've done this, you can set up a segment with conditions:
You can add the names of whichever landing pages you need inside the condition text box.

Using custom dimensions in the Google Analytics Spreadsheet Add-on

In Google Analytics, I am able to create a report based off a custom dimension, let's call it Battery Level. In the Google Analytics Spreadsheet Add-on I can create a report with the standard dimensions. However I can't specify my custom dimension in my report. Using the report wizard, or writing the parameters by yourself doesn't allow for selecting any custom dimensions.
This seems at odds with the implementation of the rest of the add-on, which can connect back to your GA account for other customised aspects, such as selecting your custom View (Profile) ID / ids.
How can I do this?
I found my answer here
"...first load the GA Add-On from the Chrome extension gallery, then choose “Create new report” and select your GA view. To access custom dimensions (or metrics), you will need to select “Custom Dimension XX”, and change the XX later. When you click “Create Report” you’ll see the “Report configuration” tab."
and...
"Edit your report configuration by changing the XX in “ga:dimensionXX” to the actual dimension index number, as in “ga:dimension5”. To find your custom dimension index numbers, go to the GA admin panel and look under Property Settings > Custom Definitions > Custom Dimensions."

I am trying to create a custom view that shows only certain metrics (Page Views, Unique Page Views) Is this possible?

I am trying to create a custom view that shows only certain metrics, like Page Views, Unique Page Views but excludes other metrics like Bounces. I have looked in the custom reports and under Admin with no success. Is this possible, and if so how do I achieve this custom view?
Can you elaborate on what problems you are facing? In Custom reports, are you remembering to select associated dimensions as well? I don't see why you wouldn't be able to pull a flat report with pages (dimension), and pageviews and unique pageviews as metrics.
If you are looking just for a custom view, then I don't believe that would be possible. Perhaps a close approximation would be a custom dashboard:

Cleaning up URLs in Google Analytics

I have a blogspot website. In Blogspot, you can select different themes to view a page (i.e classic, mosaic, flipcard etc.).
In Google Analytics, in All Pages report, all of them are shown separately.
/?view=flipcard
/?view=classic
/?view=mosaic
/?view=magazine
/?view=sidebar
/?view=snapshot
/?view=timeslide
I want to see them as my home page in my reports.
The same thing happens with the sub-pages as well. For example, this is an article in my blog, but I see two different entries in my reports.
/2014/05/deneme.html?view=snapshot
/2014/05/deneme.html?view=mosaic
I want to see all these articles as /2014/05/deneme.html in my reports.
Do I need to create different filters for each and every article in my blog?
What is going to happen if I add new articles, do I need to add the filters right after publishing my article to prevent this happening for my future articles?
Can you help me with the advanced filter setup in Analytics?
Thanks.
Nope, no need to add different filters, just add View to the Exclude Query Parameter option under View > View Settings.
