I'm trying to receive contact form 7 mails on my domain email but I don't get any but when I receive the emails on my personal free account (e.g. myemail#gmail.com) it works just fine.

I am managing a WordPress site that has a Report form, users send a report using Ninja Forms. Ninja forms emails the submission to an email address connected to the same domain as the website the Wordpress is installed on. The issue is that legitimate emails are being swept into the Spam folder. This only seems to be affecting one email address.
I changed from default PHP mailer to SMTP mailer. I added the email address that the forms were coming in from as a contact in the web mail client. "X-Spam: Yes" appears at the end of a false-positive submission email's header. How can I prevent these submissions from being automatically flagged as spam by Hostinger? It uses roundcube open source web mail client but the person checking submitted emails insisted on using POP.
In my Wordpress site in contact form 7 and woocommerce email setting I use an office 365 email id but Wordpress unable to send email to this email id. I already setup SMTP with wp mail SMTP plugin, But after configuring the plugin contact form 7 is not working properly.

You could send an SMS message, but that would get crazy really quick. Why not have your client set up an email app on their mobile device? All email will be accessible from their phone.
I have email account like support#example.com created on cpanel. This email account receiving all email from other domain (Gmail/Yahoo/Ebay etc) but not receiving from its own domain WordPress site contact form.
For example if I send email from Gmail support#example.com receiving, from other service like ebay, amazon or any other all email is receiving but when I am sending email using site contact form then email not receiving.
I have tested with WP Mail SMTP plugin, this plugin sending email to all other email account (Gmail/Yahoo/Hotmail) but not receiving its own domain email account.
FYI: My website and hosting and email hosting is not same. This problem is creating only on same domain.
I sent mails using contact form 7 on wordpress. when the mails are sent,sometimes I don't even get the mail.sometimes it delays and sometimes i received. again I got mails with using same mail again and again. but with another mail id I don't receive that mail.
I use bluehost hosting. and domain email.
where is the problem.
