I am trying to share a link of the URL https://www.millerwelds.com/about/fabtech in linked in, and it does not correctly show the image and title. Most of the other pages in the site are working very well. https://www.millerwelds.com/about/sema is a similar page that shows the image and title correctly. https://www.millerwelds.com/about/fabtech incorrectly shows the "Sign up for newsletters". The page also has all og tags in place correctly, so not sure what is missing. Any ideas on what is wrong? Appreciate your help, Thanks!

I have been posting blogs on my website recently. I tried searching the images for certain keywords on the google images section, the problem is that the image only shows the site title but the title of the page where the image added is missing.
Having just the site title makes no sense for the keyword we looked for. What am I doing wrong or what do I need to change or add to have the title of that specific page below the image on google image section?
Basically, I hadn't called the title inside function.php and that's why the title of my blog pages wasn't visible in the google search engines. Refer the following link if anyone faced the same issue as me

I've just had a website converted for me to Wordpress but the guy who did it has now disappeared!
I just need to get started with it but have hit some major obstacles. My home page is a series of blocks with images and text that respond very nicely to different devices. Trouble is when I go to Pages then Home, I'm faced with a completely blank edit box. Two hours of searching to find where these blocks are and how to edit them has failed.
Any help please!
Open up your theme customizer and at the very bottom you can chose a static front page. Here's where you settle this.
Go to Pages in the panel. Open that specific page "Home" and look which template who has been chosen for this page. Perhaps you'll find the right template.
However, it could be hard coded directly in the doc/file itself. Open up your text editor and search for a template i.e home.php or frontpage.php or something similar. Open up in text editor to see.
After another few hours of trial and error, the front page text is in a few places! Some of it is in posts, specifically the "blocks" containing text and images in paragraphs. Other parts can be found by going to Appearance | Editor then choosing Static Front Page. I've yet to find out exactly how these are made to appear on the Home page but I guess I'll get there with experimentation.
I am facing an issue with facebook open graphs. This is the link of the website:
http://pandolin.com/
The problem is that when I share content from my website (for eg: this page http://pandolin.com/crafting-realism-on-celluloid-production-designers-subrata-and-amit/), the image and description of the post are not present in the link preview. I've attached the required screenshots.
The sharing debugger is giving the website
Response code 0
Server Id is empty
og:description is empty
og:image is empty
the scraper views an empty page instead of the page source
I've tried all the solutions available online. Please help find the bug and guide me by providing a step by step solution of the problem.
I saw that you're using Yoast plugin for your WordPress site. Maybe you can try the following:
Log-in into your WordPress CMS dashboard
Go to "Posts" and navigate to the desired post, as you would like to edit it
Scroll down to the bottom of your post, where you will see Yoast
settings
Click on the share icon in the Yoast settings, as shown in the image
below:
Upload your desired image to be shown in the FB share by default
That's it.
I am working on a website and the logo works on the front page but on the other pages the links seem to be broken and no images are showing.
http://utahtraveldirectory.com is the front page and for example http://utahtraveldirectory.com/hotel-search/ the logo isn't working.
I checked all the permissions and I think they are fine, maybe I wasn't checking the right folder?
I won't leave the site up for long but I needed some help! Thanks!
I am using the YooTheme - Lava
The link to the logo is broken on the the other pages except for the homepage. If you use the inspect element window on Safari you will see that the link is broken on the other pages. It's definitely not a permissions problem.
The link to the picture on the homepage is http://utahtraveldirectory.com/wp-content/uploads/yootheme/utah-travel-logo.png but the link on the other pages to the logo is http://utahtraveldirectory.com/hotel-search/wp-content/uploads/yootheme/utah-travel-logo.png. The first link is where the picture actually is.
I'm trying to use the google custom search in a wordpress website (but without any plugin).
I've used the code google provided (the search box code and the search results page code) and the results page it's returning empty...
However the auto-complete it's working:
This is the page that should show the results: http://www.guiasdeviagens.com/pesquisa/
Anyone could help me please? I've been trying for some days and can't fix the problem. :(
Thanks in advance.
By some chance did you turn on search engine blocking? Go to the admin dashboard and look at the top of the page for "Search Engines Blocked". If it's there, click on it and toggle the Site Visibility setting. Remember that once you are visible you still want to submit your URL to google. It also helps to have a sitemap.xml file to help the googlebot find all of your pages.
