Advertising Accounts not found in v2/profiles - amazon-advertising-api

i am new to Amazon Advertising API. I have Advertising Access with my KDP and my MBA Account on amazon. I am also a data scientist, therefore i want to analyse my campaigns more deeply in R.
So i managed to get my accesst_token and refresh_token, but when i request 'https://advertising-api-eu.amazon.com/v2/profiles/' or 'https://advertising-api.amazon.com/v2/profiles/' i can only see my KDP profiles and two unknown advertising profiles from Germany (all with 'account type = vendor').
But i can't see my MBA Advertising Accounts from Germany, France, Spain, Italy, UK or US with its campaigns. I am doing something wrong or do i missed something in the setup?
Scope is "advertising::campaign_management.
I am thankful for any help, the offical documentation does not help much.

For the Merch By Amazon Advertising Accounts you have to request "/managerAccounts" instead of "v2/profiles/"
-> https://advertising-api.amazon.com/managerAccounts

I believe this is an existing bug within the advertising API. You may have to create a support ticket in JIRA for it to get resolved.

Is there anyway to query data from the past on HERE api? (e.g. traffic data from L.A. last week wednesday at 2 p.m.)

I've checked the docs, but I found nothing. Is there a way to query data from the past. Is this a feature that is available through premium accounts?
Direct access to historic traffic data is not available via the developer portal. Please use the contact form to reach out to a HERE representative. (That said, historic traffic data is taken into account for features such as routing, e.g. when asking for a traffic enabled route in the future.)

How to get Historical Traffic Data from Here API

Was looking at using the Here API to get some historical traffic data. Their website says they have historical traffic data, but I don't see a way to access it via their API other than getting a time-aware route, which takes historical traffic into account but doesn't give me info about it. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Several years is not accessible through these APIs.
Ask to be contacted from contact form on developer.here.com
use REST API from Fleet Telematics Advanced Data Sets with layer TRAFFIC_SPEED_RECORD_FC1...5
Online documentation is there:

look for "Fleet Telematics Advanced Data Sets"

How do I find visitor name from his / her IP address

While working with Google Analytics, I was thinking how do I get the name of user currently viewing my websites. I Googled and found that many Companies are providing the same & on top of that using GA, like leadfeeder, whoisvisiting etc.
So after doing more research I found a websites that provides IP's ISP full information like name, phone, email etc is https://bgp.he.net, this websites actually pull all the information related to ISP.
I again started more search using ASN number etc, but didn't got any luck. At last I came here at SO. hoping I would get good inputs from experts here.
I am eager to know the working of these companies, how they actually get those names ?
I wanted to know the Name of user or companies visiting my websites, I have no plan to buy the services from any similar services provider companies.
I know its against GDPR, but How those companies are getting the names of visitors?
Thanks in advance
It's also worth to point out that collecting PII information about your users - via Google Analytics - is against Google Analytics policy:
"To protect user privacy, Google policies mandate that no data be passed to Google that Google could use or recognize as personally identifiable information (PII). PII includes, but is not limited to, information such as email addresses, personal mobile numbers, and social security numbers."
Please check more details here: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6366371?hl=en
Details of ISPs are publicly known, since they are allocated blocks of IP addresses which they distribute to their customers. The name of those customers are not generally known, and a single IP doesn't necessarily resolve to a single human in the first place. No, you cannot get an individual's name and address from an IP without a subpoena from a court and then requesting that information from the ISP, which knows the identity of the entity to which they allocated the IP. But a court won't grant you that unless you can show any law that IP has broken.

How to get traffic from a specific country

I have a website hosted by an USA company.
I set Portugal as destination country of my site in google webmasters
I am using a social network (like facebook, twitter, etc) to advertise the website only to 2 countries: Brazil and Portugal.
But Google analytics only shows that I get only traffic from USA, Russia and others and NONE from Brazil and Portugal
Can somebody hep me here?
If you are not getting any hits from your Country, not even yours, then you have to check that the tracking code is correctly installed.
The best way to check it is by going to your website through your mobile (without wifi), and check if you see your visit in the real-time reports, if you don't see anything, then there is a problem with the code.
Besides from your tracking code being correctly installed. You must certainly have spam. Check your referral reports and look for unusual traffic, like share-buttons, traffic2cash, there are hundreds of spammers.
To keep clean your data you have to create a filter. You can find instruction on how to create this filter here. https://stackoverflow.com/a/28354319/3197362
Hope it helps,

Unable to Create an Australian Paypal Developer Account

I would like to create a paypal developer account for myself, however it seems that the developer account registration only accepts US addresses.
What should I do?
Use a fake US address. You don't need to attach any bank accounts or credit cards to a developer account, so this is a harmless way of getting around Paypal's stupid and arbitrary new developer rules.
Indeed, I couldn't find a way around this either, being a UK developer, so had to put a US address in.... I used http://www.fakenamegenerator.com to get a 'valid' telephone number and zip code to get the form to work.
PayPal really seem to miss the point if you are outside the US, despite the same page promoting that you can use the service in over 190 markets and 25 currencies...
