GM Commands: Where are they stored in AzerothCore? - azerothcore

I have ran into an issue while using a couple of GM Commands and I would like to see if I can fix it. I need to know where are the GM Commands are stored? Thank you in advance for any help...
Sincerely,
Tinywolf

All commands are scripts and you can find them in https://github.com/azerothcore/azerothcore-wotlk/tree/master/src/server/scripts/Commands (/src/server/scripts/Commands) folder :)
They are also linked to the command table within thw world database

Is there any command to know which script.sh produced certain file in UNIX?

For example, I got in the same file like script1.sh , script2.sh then I have an output.vcf (bioinformatics stuff but is guess it doesnt matter). Then I am sure one of those scripts created the output file but i don't know which of them.
Is there any way to figure it out?
Thank you!
IMHO post factum you can't get this information. But each UNIX have own audit subsystem and if you activate it you can get which file operation (in this case file creation) is done by which program (shell script).
Actually there is a way. You can browse the scripts and search for the filename in question. There will be a problem if both scripts have this filename.

My shinydashboard app works on my machine but not on shinyapps.io

and thanks for any help!
I keep getting the same error message when trying to publish the app on shinyapps.io:
The application failed to start (exited with code 1).
I have already commented the setwd() and library(shiny) as I have learned from other posts, but so far no luck. This is the screenshot of the error.
I am new to this, so any support is greatly appreciated.
It looks to me like you are using an absolute file path in your script. shinyapps.io won't understand a file path specific to your machine.
Instead, try putting the files you need to read in a folder (e.g. 'InputFiles') and put that folder in the same place as your scripts. Change your scripts to refer to files using relative file paths like: 'InputFiles/file1.csv'.
When you run the code locally make sure to set the working directory to the same directory your scripts are in. When you publish to shinyapps.io make sure to include your scripts and the 'InputFiles' directory.
Here's a great explanation of how these work: https://docs.rstudio.com/shinyapps.io/Storage.html#Storage
The solution came to me after reading Thomas's post. I had an R script (which did all the statistics and plots for my dashboard) stored in the same folder where the shiny UI and server were stored. After moving this script file to a different folder, the problem was solved. I do not quite understand why this fixed the issue, but I hope this article helps people facing similar issues.

salt-cloud: use map.sls from GitFS

Is there a way of invoking salt-cloud with a map file from GitFS?
i.e. can I run something like this: sudo salt-cloud -m salt://map.sls?
Edit: Seems like this currently is not possible. As per #Utah_Dave's suggestion I created an issue in github.
That's not supported right now.
Salt Cloud requires the map file exist on the same box Salt Cloud is running from.
I think that's an interesting use case, though. I can see how that would be handy to keep the map files in git. I think it should be doable to add that feature in. Please feel free to open an issue requesting that feature here: https://github.com/saltstack/salt/issues/new
Thanks!

How to reconfigure the cluster in CDH5?

I have been able to successfully install and start the cloudera CDH5 server and manager and all the core projects along with that, viz. HDFS, HUE, HIVE etc. However recently I deleted the temporary hdfs directory (/dfs/*) and then formatted the namenode due to certain issues. Now I find all new sorts of issues which I am not able solve.
Some are given as below:
The problem with hue,
The problem with HDFS,
Any help would highly be appreciated.
Thanking in advance.
Edit: I have tried creating all those missing directories in both HDFS as well as local FS and have tried various owners for them to without success.
What helped me, being the most easy solution, is deleting all those services from the cloudera web manager and readding them back.
