I clicked on delete chat on the chat with my bot, thinking that this will only delete the messages, but after that when I try to start my bot this error shows off:
what can I do?
Found solution here:
Bot keeps showing the same error when kicked TELEPOT
do install telepota instead of telepot with pip

i have this command:
#bot.tree.command(name="restart", description="Restart the bot")
#app_commands.check(is_owner)
async def restart(interaction: discord.Interaction):
await interaction.response.defer()
os.execl(sys.executable, sys.executable, *sys.argv)
and, as you can see, it restarts the program.
but what I want it to also do, is when it does restart, send a followup message editing the defered message telling the user (me) that the bot has restarted.
Edit:
I have an on_ready event registered that I could do this in, but I don't know exactly how to do it.
I tried looking at interactions.py but couldn't find the send function that is said to be tied to it in the docs.
I'm getting this error after I try to add a new app and click 'Register App':
"There was an unknown error while processing the request. Try again."
I've looked at these and they have the same problem but didn't have solutions that worked:
Can't create Firebase project - There was an unknown error while processing the request. Try again
GCM - Getting Error message "There was an unknown error while processing the request. Try again." when creating new project
Firebase: There was an unknown error while processing the request. Try again.
I'm not using multiple Google accounts. I've tried signing out and in again, tried changing the package name, and the Firebase status page doesn't show any outages.
I had the same problem, After a long research fond that it was been OAuth 2.0 Client Id limit. In order to resolve, I have deleted all OAuth 2.0 Client IDs from Google cloud console, then try again. It works fine for me.
Steps to remove OAuth 2.0 Client IDs :
Open 'https://console.cloud.google.com/'
Select your project from the top navbar
Select APIs & Services from Left Side panel
Select Credentials in the left panel
Go to OAuth 2.0 Client IDs
Select all unused Entries (!Carefully)
Click on delete on the top bar
Done, go to firebase console try again
It may solve your problem!!
Have you tried changing your package name? I'd same issue,that was resolved by changing package name. As Firebase saves deleted package names as well.
You might reached number of OAuth 2.0 client IDs limits. There is a limit of around 30 client IDs that can be created within a single project.
Make sure you sign out all your google accounts and sign in with the account for your specific project. I'm normally signed in to 3 or 4 accounts and ran into this error issue. Did as I mentioned and it worked.
The operation has failed (Reason: [object ProgressEvent])
I am getting the above-mentioned error while creating a new project. This got resolved by logging out and logging in again
i install telegram anti spam python bot on codeanywhere but that bot Turns off every 2 hours.
Is there a command to turn the robot back on after turning off?
Use loop inside code.
while True:
// runbot
I am trying to send a message through the command line using msg.exe on Windows 7. I have successfully gotten everything to work except for the Session ID. I get the error Error 5 getting session names. After searching online I found that I can edit the registry to remove this error using regedit.exe. However, on the domain I am on, I do not have permissions to edit the registry. I can only view it.
I know the individual session ID's of the users that I am trying to send a message to.
Super user hasn't really been any help... How do I prevent the error from occurring without editing the registry?
You need to log into the user, that the computer you are trying to send to is on.You will need to do is go to credential manager, and add the credentials. That error message will go away.
I know I can manually go to status.firebase.com but I need to be alerted immediately when my firebase app goes down and when it comes back up.
I thought I could possibly use dingitsup.com to send myself a notification, but i don't know where to point it.
I would also like to have the option of automatically displaying a message to my users when Firebase is down to let them know the system is down and its not a problem on their end. Is there a Zapier integration i could use to achieve this?
Any help would be great! Thanks
Programmatically, you could use a service like Pingdom to send yourself a notification, and could ping an endpoint on your-firebase.firebaseio.com/some-public-endpoint.json.
Also, #FirebaseStatus is a good resource actively updated by the Firebase folks.
Could you write something to use the connection state?
https://www.firebase.com/docs/managing-presence.html (broken)
new link: https://firebase.google.com/docs/database/web/offline-capabilities
I use something similar in my apps to detect if the user has a connection, and display a notice if they don't.
I just figured a way
Firebase.enableLogging(function(logMessage) {
if(logMessage && logMessage.indexOf("Long-poll script failed to load") !== -1 && navigator.onLine){
console.error('Its dead Jim! Firebase seems to be down for this user');
}
});
I'm not sure how firebase works under the hoods but I've seen users connected in a previously open tab and if they open a new tab firebase won't connect when it's down.
This logging function is called a lot, and when firebase is down our console.error will be call every ~5s or something.
Make sure to debounce whatever you'll do in the console.error's place.
