given the docs, the following should work but doesn't give me any inclination as to why it's not.
this.input.setDefaultCursor(`url("data:image/svg+xml;utf8,<svg xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/svg' width='48' height='58' viewport='0 0 100 100' style='fill:black;font-size:29px;'><text y='50%'>⬇</text></svg>") 16 0,auto`)
the emoji cursor was generated here: https://www.emojicursor.app/
Nevermind. After a closer look, i was actually also setting the cursor elsewhere as something else that was overwriting this. Either way, I will leave the question open in case someone wants to know how to use emoji as cursors in phaser3

I'm currently working with pictures and I try to do the same thing as the CSS filter below but in command line:
filter: invert(0.86) hue-rotate(180deg);
To do the trick I used imagemagick's convert tool.
convert $in -evaluate add -26% -negate -modulate 100,100,0 $out
I get close to the result I expect, but I have a huge quality drop. Let's show this in an example
Original version (a random jpg image)
Clean version (made with CSS, expected result)
Dirty one, made with convert
Is there any way (with this tool or another) to convert my image smoothly? The best would be to directly apply css to this image but I don't know whether it's possible in commandline...
I am trying to learn media query in css and I have few questions about some of the examples that I have come across. The queries are mentioned below:
I have seen a variable was declared in the following format in a .scss file which is used in a react component:
$screen-xs-max: ($screen-sm-min - 1);
Why is -1 used here?
The second question that I have is about this:
$large-screens-up: "(min-width: #{$screen-lg-min})";
I have 2 questions about these lines of code:
Why is the variable declared within the " ", doesn't that make the variable a string?
Why is # used here? I guess it is to find the variable $screen-lg-min in the path from where it is imported, but I am not sure if its correct. I just want to confirm if that's the correct thing or correct me if I am wrong.
Can anyone please help me with these doubts? I am sorry if this is too simple. I tried getting the answers myself, but couldn't find it.
In SCSS
Consider $screen-sm-min:546px; which will be declared in scss variables file in your project or the node modules folder.
$screen-xs-max: ($screen-sm-min - 1); means that the value of $screen-xs-max will be 1 less than $screen-sm-min that is 545px.
$large-screens-up: "(min-width: #{$screen-lg-min})";
Varible in scss can be used directly using $varible-name ,
But when you want to use the same variable inside a string in scss u will have to follow this
#{$variable-name} method
Why -1
Consider extra small devices width to be 0 to 545px(maxvalue).
Consider small devices width to be 546px(minvalue) to 768px(maxvalue)
Therefore the max width of the extra small devices will be
(min value of small devices) - 1
This method is used to avoid harcoded values in scss file,
For example if you decide to change the values of the width, you can change it in only one place and let the formulae handle the remaining calculation of the widths
I'm a happy user of the Nvim-R plugin, but I cannot find out how to scroll up in the buffer window that the plugin opens with R. Say for instance that I have a large output in console, but I cannot see the top of it - how do I scroll up to see this? In tmux for instance there's a copy mode that quite handily lets you do this, but how is this done in the R buffer?
An example below where I'm very curious to see what's on the line above the one begining with "is.na(a)...". How can this be achieved?
I have scoured the documentation found here, but without luck.
The answer is apparently to use Ctrl+\ Ctrl+n according to this answer on the bugreports for NVim-R.
Here's what my output looks like when I output mtcars:
When I hit Ctrl+\ Ctrl+n, I can move the cursor and I get line numbers:
To get back to interactive, I just use i, the same way I normally would.
Apparently, if you are using neovim, then you can add let R_esc_term = 0 in your ~/.vimrc file and you can then use the escape key, but if you don't use neovim, you are stuck using the two ctrl commands ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
As pointed out by ZNK, it is about switching to normal mode in Vim's terminal. This, however, can easily fail due to cumbersome keybinding. If such is the case, remap the default keybinding to something reasonable, say, by putting this in your .vimrc:
tnoremap jk <C-\><C-n>
This works for me in Linux running Vim 8.0 in terminal (e.g. does not require Neovim). As you can see, I use 'jk' to switch from insert to normal mode. One can use Esc instead of jk, however, this makes me unable to use up arrow to retrieve command line history as been reported elsewhere.
I'm trying to write my own code-editor, I figure its a good way to learn pyQt.
I am using a qtextedit, in which i can write code(it's not real code, more pseudo code).
Each line represents ending in a semi-colon represents some command
e.g.
PSEUDO->FWD->90;
PSEUDO->STOP;
PSEUDO->RIGHT 90;
PSEUDO->FWD 10;
These are relatively easy to read, as the user presses the [ENTER] the current line is read, parsed and checked for errors so the following
PSEUDO->RIGHT -pi/2
would generate an error because the line doesn't end in a semi-colon and the value following RIGHT needs to be a number.(my editor, my rules).All this I have more or less got working.
I would like to know how to do multiple lines though. I am familiar with editors such as Eclipse,sublime or visual studio which handle muliple lines very well, in my case
PSEUDO->DO:
FWD->90
RIGHT->45
FWD->10
LEFT->55
FWD->50
STOP;
Should all be read in and treated as one statement, starting at the keyword PSEUDO and ending at the semi-colon.
However the following should be read as 3 separate statements.
PSEUDO->DO:
FWD->90
RIGHT->45
FWD->10
LEFT->55
FWD->50
STOP;
PSEUDO->DO:
FWD->90
RIGHT->45
STOP;
PSEUDO->BACK 10;
My question how can I go about reading muliple lines as described above from QTextEditor as discreet statements.
Should I do the parse/check whenever I press the [ENTER] key for a new line?
I'm using python2.7,pyQT, and QTextEdit.
Basically what you are trying to do, can be done with all the text of the document and some regular expressions. I would be careful with this course, because it may slow things down.
So to stay lean and to use the right classes of Qt, I would use anything related to the Rich Text Processing, QTextDocument, and QTextCursor.
I have used QSyntaxHighlighter quite a bit, and QRegExp. There is now QRegularExpression, too. Here are the classes and general documentation I'd look at to get started with Rich Text processing.

I try to use the like-Button and therefor the open graph.
My problem is, that "&" and "$" chars are always replaced by & and %24
Of course, thats the normal case, but I need a clean $ and no entity there, becuase otherwise the link is not working for this image.
I could see, that facebook´s raw output produces \u0024 and so on (seems to be XKBSymbols). But if I try to put this symbols in the link in my typo3 meta-tag, it doesnt work either.
I already tried:
#page.headerData.12345.htmlSpecialChars = 0
#page.headerData.12345.htmlSpecialChars.preserveEntities = 1
#page.headerData.12345.rawUrlEncode = 0
to solve this problem, but none of those work.
Please give me a useful hint.
Thanks
try to write to your php code trough htmlspecialchar php function and add it to header with
$GLOBALS['TSFE']->additionalHeaderData['somekey'] = '...'
