Can't find "record espresso test" in Android Studio - android-studio-4.1

Android Studio version 4.1.2
I followed the android testing codelab direction "Choose Run > Record Espresso Test" but I didn't find it in the "Run" menu and can't find it elsewhere. Is it removed in this version of AS?

Just found out I didn't enable the test recorder plugin...

Facing SHA-1 Related problem in latest Andoroid Studio

[I tried various time for finding SHA-1 in searching related file or folder in gradle . but it shows only "app" which is not useful for me to find my desired task. How can I get the SHA-1 in android studio latest version?][1]

You need to accept the licences before building.
According to Android SDK docs you can use the following command depending on the sdkmanager location: Docs on --licenses option seems to be missing though.

In Android Studio go to Tools -> SDK Manager.

For those people not using android studio on window os. Go to your cmdline-tools\tool\bin and type cmd on the directory box to open the directory in your terminal. Then run sdkmanager --licenses

If you are working with Flutter then this command would definitely work for you.

Problem: SDK license not accepted
Step 1: Open SDK Manager
After opening the SDK manager, open the SDK tools tab as shown below
Step 2: Check the option Show Package Details
It'll list out all the versions of SDK tools
Step 3: Install the required SDK tool version
Check the specific version of SDK tools that is complaining (for me, it was 29.0.3 as shown above in the first screenshot) from the list, accept the agreement in the dialog that opens next and you're done.

For Android Studio Arctic Fox, it was solved for me by installing the Google Play Licensing Library.
Go to Preferences
Expand Appearance & Behavior

On Mac OS 10.15.1, I got the same error even after accepted all the licenses by running sdkmanager --licenses It worked after I updated the ANDROID_HOME path configuration in the ~/.bash_profile to the following

Actually what you have to run is the below command
C:\Users\niroshan>flutter doctor --android-licenses
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g789PvvW4qo really helped me. What had done is open SDK Manager and download any new SDK Platform (dont worry it wont affect your desired api level).
Because with downlaoding any SDK Platforms(API level), you should accept licences. That's the trick worked for me.
I had the same problem when trying to run an app on my android device in a different project where I was working with some old version of tomcat8 and had to set the JAVA_OPTS variable and value. So I removed this system variable for JAVA_OPTS, which had a Variable value set to -Xms1024m (Remove the JAVA_OPTS system variable, but you can also store it for future use if you need to revert to using your old projects that might need it).
Then run the SDK manager bat file in your sdk path:
PS C:\Users[your_pc_username]\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk\tools\bin> .\sdkmanager.bat --licenses
Accept all licenses (Y).
How I solve this problem (AndroidStudio 4.2)
Click in Build tab
Select Failed to install the following Android SDK packages ... (warning)
Click Install missing SDK package(s)
On Ubuntu it still didn't work using the answers suggested.
This is what worked for me:
cd full-path-to-bin folder, where sdkmanager is located.
yes | ./sdkmanager --licenses --sdk_root="full-path-to-bin"
In the option --help it shows we can pass common args to it, which finally accepted ALL licences:
Usage:

sdkmanager --licenses [<common args>]
...
Common Arguments:
--sdk_root=<sdkRootPath>: Use the specified SDK root instead of the SDK containing this tool
To add to the answers, you can also change to the sdkmanager directory and in a sub shell and accept the licenses there

I just done File -> Invalidate caches and restart
Then install missing packages.
Worked for me.

in my case I just installed a new version of android studio on a new laptop and cloned the old repository where
buildToolsVersion "30.0.2" at application level build.gradle.
I just upgraded to 30.0.3 which android studio recommended on its own and the problem went away
I moved my Sdks and Avds folder as it was using lots of memory in local disk c, but after that I got the above issue.
For me Invalidate Caches/Restart solve the issue
File->Invalidate Caches/Restart
In my case updating buildToolsVersion in app level build.gradle worked perfectly. If you don't know which to use you can create new project and copy buildToolsVersion from that into existing one.
A one liner solution with downgrade to java 8:
sudo apt-get install openjdk-8-jdk -y && export JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm/java-8-openjdk-amd64 && flutter doctor --android-licenses

Firebase test lab - Stuck at Uploading app APK

I'm trying to making a UI test with Firebase test lab from Android studio.
But I'm still stuck on the step: Uploading app APK ...

The problem was about my android studio and gradle version.
They were not up-to-date.
So I set Android studio 3.6.2 and gradle 3.6.2 and now i'm ,not stuck anymore !

vscode start debugging does nothing

When I select "Debug > Start Debugging" I'm prompted for the environment and I select ".NET Core" but then nothing happens.
If I type"dotnet run" in the terminal window the program runs just fine.
"Help > About" displays the following;

I've tried the 32 and 64 bit versions of .NET Core and the corresponding System and User versions of vscode. In each instance I've tried running as Administrator and normally. I just don't think it's going to work on this machine.
I've done a similar install on Ubuntu and it worked the first time.

I finally managed to see this error, but I haven't been able to resolve it.
Cannot create .NET debug configurations. The OmniSharp server is still
initializing or has exited unexpectedly.
The debug freature is provided by the C# (ms-vscode.csharp) extension that uses omnisharp as back-end. So debug not working is probably because omnisharp is not working properly, which is maybe your omnisharp is still downloading (The download source is sometimes unstable) or there are some problems in your project files (csproj and sln files), or the SDK environment is not correctly configured.
If omnisharp is running, you can see the Omnisharp Logitem in the output window, otherwise check the C# item, which may includes the downloading status of omnisharp. Check them and you may get how it is not working, or just paste the exact output logs for help.
I had a similar issue when I hit f5 on a VSCode .net project. It asked me to select the debugger (.net core 5+ or .net framework). However nothing happened no matter what I tried. Clicking on the Debug icon on the left revealed a link to create a launch.json file. Clicking that link created the file and then I was able to debug.

Qt creator debug mode has disappeared

I was working with Qt both in debug mode and release mode before I update my packages by update manager in Ubuntu 12.04. After Updating I couldn't debug my code. By looking at Project Mode in Qt, all I see is Release Mode:
One is "Qt 4.8.1 (System) Release"
,
and the other one is "Qt 4.8.1 in PATH (System) Release"
I put the screen shot of my program in here
What should I do ? Why debug mode has disappeared ? Does updating the packages caused this issue ? I'm sure that I didn't change any Qt settings in the last week.
Possibly your debug configuration got corrupted or removed. I'd suggest attempt to recreate it:
Open Projects tab (ctrl+5)
Select your project from the top projects lists
Select Build & Run page
Choose: Desktop/Build
--> Build Settings -> Edit build configuration: Debug --> Add
Based on QtC 2.8, but should be similar on newer versions.
