How can I create a firebase project without selecting parent resource. When I try to create a project with an new account, I don't need to use resources from an parent organization if I use a new account. Here is a picture of the screen i get https://i.stack.imgur.com/jWtPY.png

I would like to know how can I prevent somebody who has my google-services.json file associated with one of my Firebase Firestore projects from accessing my project.
you don't need to create a new google-service.json after you make any changes to console,
it will be automatically created,
you just need to download it from
settings -> Project settings -> select your package/bundle-id -> click the download icon
I don't there's a way to you can change those credentials for the same project. Even if you delete that app and recreate it in Firebase project, it'll change the mobilesdk_app_id only. Creating a new project maybe the only way to get a completely new google-services.json
I'm not sure which SSH keys you are referring to but if you are just re-configuring your application then you can visit https://console.firebase.google.com/project/_/settings/general and then select the app name you are looking for. You'll have an option to download google-services.json there. The rest of configuration process should remain the same.
I have a firebase project and I added a Firestore database but I forgot to choose the right location. Since the location can not be modified after creating the database and the database is empty I would like to just delete it and create a new one with the correct location. Is this possible or do I need to create the whole project again?
Would appreciate help a lot.
Once a region is set for a project, it can't be changed. In the documentation it says:
Warning: Setting the location for one of the following services [Firestore, Storage, App Engine] also sets the location for the others. After you set your project's default GCP resource location, you cannot change it.
So, you will have to create a whole new project.
We had created the multiple databases. Now, we need to rename the database that is used for testing purpose. So, Is it possible to rename check-12cc0-test database? Please check out the image below.
You can change your project name from here
I have it in Spanish, but at the right of project overview, project configuration you should see the pencil to edit your project name.
Note you can't change your database name since it's the ID of the project, you will need to create a new one and delete the one you have to change the database name. You can only change your children and keys inside your database main tree node.
Since the id of the project can't change, this is what Firebase tells to us about it:
ID of the project
It is the unique identifier of your Firebase project. You can find it in the project URL: https://console.firebase.google.com/project/<projectId>
Remember that for edit the nodes and keys you can't do it directly from Firebase, instead you should export your JSON Database and edit it, then reupload it, or do it programmatically.
I have to create new action in folder inside document library.I have been trying to add an action but its not working out. I wan the action to available in this menu:
Need some help in the implementation. When I go into Alfresco Share interface, I see the concept of sites. I decided to create a site for our application. Then inside the site, I am able to create folders underneath the site, I also see a document library location, inside which as well I can create folders
I am having a hard time choosing or deciding on an approach. Tried implementing the concepts on repo but not sure how to reflect the changes in UI using share.
I´m using Alfresco-LDAP to migrate all my ldap users to Alfresco service.
So far I achieve transfer all users but for every user the home folder created in Alfresco for them is his name, and what I would like, is to share a folder for all members of the ldap group, since I have multiple groups and every user of that group only can get files from that group.
This is the property
ldap.synchronization.defaultHomeFolderProvider
I read in the Alfresco documentation http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Security_and_Authentication#Creating_home_spaces_-_from_1.4_onwards
But seems like what I´m trying to do is not contemplated.
Any suggestion please?
unfortunately there is no configurable HomeFolderProvider for groups supporting specific spaces. You need to crate your own HomeFolderProvider in Java for that. Out of the box you could use the companyHomeFolderProvider which is normally used if you want to disable the homefolder feature. The user object requires a userhome to be able to log in and the work around is to set the root (company_home) for that.
