I have an application that works nicely in the UK, using "https://route.api.here.com/routing/7.2/calculateroute.json" for the routing, and "https://pde.api.here.com/1/index.json" for gathering the list of ADS tiles.
I also need it to work in China. Using "https://route.hereapi.cn/routing/7.2/calculateroute.json" is the replacement for the routing URL, but there is no documentation for the equivalent ADS tile API?
Any URL's I have found don't return any results for the linkId's returned using routing. I have appropriate app id's and codes for both UK and China.
Thanks.
Fleet Telematics ADS isn't available in China yet. China only has very limited services for ADS now.

I'm using the https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/config/mgmt/v3/mgmtReference (management api) to get some of the website statistics, filters and other stuff. But I can't find any way to download website refferal exclusions list or list organic search for that account. Is there any way to do it or it's just impossible to get?
I think that it is not possible. There aren't API, in this moment, ti get Referral Exclusion list.
Was looking at using the Here API to get some historical traffic data. Their website says they have historical traffic data, but I don't see a way to access it via their API other than getting a time-aware route, which takes historical traffic into account but doesn't give me info about it. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Several years is not accessible through these APIs.

use REST API from Fleet Telematics Advanced Data Sets with layer TRAFFIC_SPEED_RECORD_FC1...5
Online documentation is there:

look for "Fleet Telematics Advanced Data Sets"
We are using the Google Maps API on our web application. The map quality that is returned via the API is different than the quality of the map that is returned when using the standard Google Maps application. Is there a setting that needs to be configured as part of the API to ensure the same quality of map is returned?
This is an example of what I am referring to. https://www.google.com/maps/#-26.2514667,28.1114895,37m/data=!3m1!1e3
Good Quality
This is great quality, but the same location opened via the API has very low quality maps.
Poor Quality
Thank you for the responses. I have received some feedback (below) from Google's tech support. Will have to accept this for now.
"Hi George,
Thank you for contacting Google Maps Platform technical support. My name is 'redacted' and I'll be helping you today with your issue.
Please note that maps.google.com and Google Maps API are two different products. The imagery used in Static Maps, JS API and the mobile APIs may differ from each other, as well as Google Maps. Google Maps is specialized to use 3D imagery and 2D where not available, as it is optimized using WebGL. The Javascript API uses only 2D imagery.
With that said, to answer your question, there is no setting to ensure that same quality of map is returned. We do continuously update our global imagery.

From research I've learnt that Google Maps and Google Places are not the same thing, but can someone confirm this deduction: does that cause the app to not show all the locations that are shown in Google Maps (let's assume because the business owner didn't list it in Google Places)?
You shouldn't expect the Maps API Web Services and the Google Maps website to work in the exact same way at all times. The Google Maps website gathers data from many different sources. Also, the search stack is different. Due to this, you may find differences between the results of these two services, and you should not use Google Maps website results blind eyed as a control group for your Web Services requests. You can find confirmation that Web Services and maps.google.com can show different results in the Google Maps API FAQ at https://developers.google.com/maps/faq#geocoder_differences.
I have a website hosted by an USA company.
I set Portugal as destination country of my site in google webmasters
I am using a social network (like facebook, twitter, etc) to advertise the website only to 2 countries: Brazil and Portugal.
But Google analytics only shows that I get only traffic from USA, Russia and others and NONE from Brazil and Portugal
Can somebody hep me here?
If you are not getting any hits from your Country, not even yours, then you have to check that the tracking code is correctly installed.
The best way to check it is by going to your website through your mobile (without wifi), and check if you see your visit in the real-time reports, if you don't see anything, then there is a problem with the code.
Besides from your tracking code being correctly installed. You must certainly have spam. Check your referral reports and look for unusual traffic, like share-buttons, traffic2cash, there are hundreds of spammers.
To keep clean your data you have to create a filter. You can find instruction on how to create this filter here. https://stackoverflow.com/a/28354319/3197362
Hope it helps,
