Can't connect Cloud Foundry App (Node Red) to Watson Assistant - telegram

first of all im new here and i dont have big knowledges of Programming or Watson Assistant.
I am just trying to test the opportunities of Watson cause i want to create a Chatbot for my Company.
So i followed the instructions of this Site:
https://developer.ibm.com/technologies/artificial-intelligence/tutorials/integrate-coversation-service-with-telegram-using-node-red/
but every time i try to make a connection to my NodeRed App it says "Failed to get the service plan a7c3614c-c75f-4c45-85e4-0626492539d3".
I am thankful for any kind of help.

The archived tutorial you link to makes use of the Conversation node, which has long been deleted and replaced with Assistant and Assistant V2. You should be using one of those nodes, but the configuration you use will be different depending on which node you are using.
Assistant required a Workspace ID and Assistant V2 requires an Assistant ID. They are different.

Azure Speaker Recognition Region Restrictions

I would like to try using the Speaker Recognition service offered on the Azure platform in a hobbyist project, though being quite new to the platform I am unsure if I am able to access it. The infomation page states that it is only avalible in the WestUS region and since I am in the UK, does this make me unable to access it?
I have been able to set up a Cognitive Services instance in the westUS region, though I'm not sure if this is refering to the same "region" as is required.
Yes, currently, Speaker Recognition only supports Azure Speech resources created in the westus region. You need to have a resource in westus region to use Speaker Recognition service.

Gsuite resources can't be shared with service account

I'm trying to fetch rooms (added from calendar.google.com) service account (created from https://console.cloud.google.com/iam-admin/serviceaccounts) in spring boot project.
I had one service account which I created 4-5 month ago, it was working and it is still working with the 3 specific rooms.
But if I add service account mail to other rooms, then these rooms are not returned in the project.
I did all the steps written here:
https://developers.google.com/identity/protocols/OAuth2ServiceAccount
https://support.google.com/a/answer/1034381?hl=en
Also, I tried removing the service account email from the room's "Share with specific people" list in Calendar, and then added it back (this helped sometimes in the past).
But the re-added room was also not returned in my project.
I'm using this method from java to get the rooms.
https://developers.google.com/calendar/v3/reference/calendarList/list
This look like a bug, so do you know how can I work around this?
If you shared the resource calendar with the Service Account through the UI, by adding the corresponding email in Settings and sharing > Share with specific people, the calendar might not have been added to the CalendarList.
In order to make sure that a calendar is added to the CalendarList of a Service Account, you should use the API and call calendarList.insert.
Update:
There are currently several open issues in Issue Tracker regarding Service Accounts in Calendar. The situation you are experiencing is most probably related to that: check this, this and this, for example.
Meanwhile, I don't think using the API can be avoided. Maybe you could develop some kind of UI to make it less painful?
I hope this is of any help.

I am a app developer and I am unable access Create Passenger Name Record API

I have sent couple of emails to support team for become a sabre customer, I have submitted the application to get the access at following link.
https://www.sabretravelnetwork.com/home/solutions/travel_agency/contract_selector/without_arc2
Pls let us know if I am missing anything?
Thanks
Access to the PNR (Passenger Name Records) requires a contract with Sabre. They only give this access to travel agents or companies writing services for travel. There is also associated fees. Also you need to be aware there are costs for every PNR you create. So its not as easy as just getting access to the PNR.
I know this is not the answer you want but its how it works.
If your just trying to build out a small booking engine I would suggest getting into Expedia's API toolkit. Much easier and allot less expensive to get into.

Unable to retrieve the list of workspaces. Error: Insufficient privileges

Why do i get this error message when i try to launch conversation service tool:
Unable to retrieve the list of workspaces. Error: Insufficient privileges
You need delete cookies of your browser. I faced with the same problem but after to delete cookies I could see my workspaces.
I'm one of the developers of the Watson Conversation service and you seem to have uncovered a small bug in the way that the tooling currently operates. We've been able to successfully reproduce this.
In short, when you open up the tooling to train an instance of the Watson Conversation service a call is made to Bluemix for all instances of the Watson Conversation service that you can see. However, due to the way that Bluemix space permissions work, you may be able to see instances that you don't have permission to edit. You should be able to find your service in the dropdown in the upper right corner of the screen.
In order to have permission to edit and make changes to an instance of the Watson Conversation service, you'll need to have dev permissions in the space that contains the instance of the Watson Conversation service. If you'd like to work on that service instance, you'll need to ask the person who owns the service instance to grant you dev permissions in the space. You can find out more about how to do this in the managing team members and roles section of the IBM Bluemix documentation.
I met the same issue
"Unable to retrieve the list of workspaces. Error: Insufficient privileges".
I double checked my permissions and validated that I have the admin access to all services in my space.
Then, I switched to a different browser and was able to navigate to the watson tool login page.So for my case, it looks more like a cookie issue. Thanks #Richard L. 's comment.

Linkedin new developer program Companies API impact

In my application , I use the following APIs of the companies API,
https://api.linkedin.com/v1/companies/id={id}
and
https://api.linkedin.com/v1/companies/{id}/updates?event-type=status-update
With the new API program, do I need to change my existing application ? I find the description on the linkedin developer website regarding the same as not comprehensive enough. If I need to continue with the app, do I really need to get into a partnership program with linkedin or can I continue like I do currently.
We recently contacted the LinkedIn Support regarding the changes.
So first endpoint will be available to you without getting into PartnerShip program. The following endpoints are the only ones that will remain available for use:
Profile API — /v1/people/~
Share API — /v1/people/~/shares
Companies API — /v1/companies/{id}
The second Endpoint will require Partner Ship program with LinkedIn you can apply here
But it will not involve code changes because they will give privileged access to your App. At the time of applying for partnership program they will ask for LINKEDIN_APP_KEY and LINKEDIN_APP_SECRET. They will provide access to these KEY and SECRET.
