Visitors are unable to submit the form using Microsoft Edge. All other browers that I've checked so far are working fine.
When you click 'submit' nothing happens.
Form in question - https://www.vulcansystems.co.uk/contact/
I try to test your site with Chrome and Edge browser. Both browser shows many errors in the console. I noticed that form data get submitted in MS Edge by clicking the submit button.
I tested with MS Edge 44 version.
So as you seen in the test. Data get submitted. Further, you can try to check and solve console errors may help to fix the issue.

I can't preview my Google Optimize experience. Google optimize throws below error:
This happens to me quite often too. The suggestion Google gives is wrong. Clearing cookies and restarting the browser does not fix it. Sometimes rebooting does, but that's a huge disruption.
What I found to work pretty reliably is to end the preview (dropdown), then click the EDIT button to go to the editor. Come back to the setup page, then try Debug again. Debugger should work again.
This is how it worked for me:
In Chrome go to Clear Browsing Data (chrome://settings/clearBrowserData).
Make sure you select checkboxes Cookies and Cached images and files.
Submit the form by hitting the button "Clear data".
Go to preview experience.
For me it started working when I gave the Google Optimize plugin access to all pages (not just the page running the experience).
I think I've found a fix for this. Go to the top right corner of chrome (the three dots) Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies & other data > and add the url in the bottom section called "sites that can always use cookies"
Example
There can be multiple reasons.
Most obvious: enabled cookies like mentioned by others. should help
If it does not work even when cookies are enabled and you have restarted the browser then more chances are that the issue is in the Experience/Test that you are trying to preview. This can be due to:
A preview is already running in another tab. Turn off preview
2.You have set the experience to run on certain URL patterns and you are trying to preview on a page that does not qualify the criteria.
You have set some Audience rules which are not being met fully. For example: You have set the Audience Device type to mobile and you are trying to preview on a Desktop. Although Optimize will load the preview in a mobile mode but it will not be able to run the experience properly.
In my case the issue was due to wrong device type. I hope it helps.
It's also possible to get this "Unable to preview experience. Please make sure to enable cookies and restart the browser" error message if the content you're trying to modify doesn't exist when Optimize tries to modify it.
I had Optimize set to modify on page load, but the page I was working with was a form, where the text I wanted to modify didn't exist until I clicked through to the second step of the form (still on the same URL).
I was able to just run the study instead on another similar page that had all the text loaded at the start. I'd guess that setting Optimize to trigger from a custom event triggered upon loading the second step of the form instead of "on page load" would also have resolved the issue.
If you are using chrome then:
Click the context menu in the browser toolbar to the right of the
address bar.
Choose Settings.
Select/Search the "Security and Privacy" section.
Choose "Cookies and Other Site Data" Ensure that "Allow all cookies" is selected.
Over the past month the Follow widget have stopped working in major browsers.
I'm able to replicate and I have another user able to replicate, however for some users it works fine.
I've setup a test here: https://gleam.io/stuart-test
Neither of these buttons are clickable for me when logged into LinkedIn: http://recordit.co/CoCVu7CWd1
When logged out I see the Login Prompt just fine: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/spa/p0om8fe5anuc97l/fpya5qs_.png
As soon as I login the buttons disappear: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/spa/p0om8fe5anuc97l/f4nlhcqp.png
Refreshing I can see them, but they won't click.
There's some console errors: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/spa/p0om8fe5anuc97l/-i9j44ww.png Browsers tested: Latest Chrome OSX and Latest Safari (no plugins enabled)
You can just replicate the issue here:
https://developer.linkedin.com/plugins/follow-company
Type in Nike under Company/Page Name Click Follow Nothing happens on any browser for me, once logged in.
Anyone from LinkedIn able to fix it? Anyone else able to suggest workarounds?
This is part of the LinkedIn experience.

I'm using Firefox developer edition, trying to debug a page (html+javascript) in a frame.
With Firefox 33, in the debugger section I can see the source code of the page inside the frame, activate breakpoints...
My problem with developer edition is that it doesn't show the html code of the page, although it is selected in the left side of the toolbar. It shows some html code, but it's not from the selected page. I can't locate where is it from.
Is there a way to have the same behaviour in debugger for firefox 33 and developer edition?
Thanks in advance, best regards
This is what GC does to you
Short answer, the HTML of the frame was being garbage collected away by the browser engine. This happens when the page/html has no script active on it which has still some work left to do.
This can be otherwise prevented by holding a strong reference to any object in the page and putting it somewhere where the browser thinks that its still being used.
For example,
window.foobar = some_object_from_the_page
will work.
Here is the root cause and a potential & partial fix is coming up in near future.
I am using FB like button in Joomla. This is the address of my website http://www.kaefiggefluester.de.
For fb-like button, I am using custom html module with fb social plugin code and then loading it in user4 position which i defined in the template myself.
Now there are three different problems that I am facing.
In IE 9, before the fb-like button loads, it displays a white line. It disappears after the button is loaded. I am not facing this problem in Firefox.
Also, when loading the page in IE, it sometimes distorts the page. I know that one posts said that I should look for any script that distorts tag, however i face this problem only if I have facebook plugin enabled. IF I remove the fb-like code from Custom Joomla module, it works fine.
I have a component from Videoflow. I dont know exactly how it works but fb-like button doesnt work on the sampe page as this component. However it is working in IE but with wrong language. That is, my defined language for the button is DE (German) and so in rest of the pages it displays "Gefaellt mir." However, In KG TV it shows "Like." ... So this suggest that there is something wrong with loading of the script. However, this is happening in IE only. In firefox it is not loading at all.
If you think i should share some code, please let me know because there are so many files and I dont know which to share.
Regards
I suggest installing firebug for Firefox or using the Chrome equivalent to help you during the development of your website. You can then use the console to view if there are any problems. For example currently your website has these problems which might be the reason you are having the issues you mentioned:
I'm using the Selenium 2.0 web drivers to try and login to a page. The following code works with the Firefox webdriver just fine, it finds the fields, fills them in and clicks the button.
driver.FindElement(By.Id("UserName")).SendKeys("name");
driver.FindElement(By.Id("Password")).SendKeys("test");
driver.FindElement(By.Id("btnLogin")).Click();
However, whenever I try to use the internet explorer webdriver it says it is unable to find the element with id == UserName. I tried using By.Name, and By.Xpath as well with valid inputs but I still get the same error saying it can't find the element. I am using IE 9 so I'm aware it may be a compatibility issue, however I can't seem to find any posts or information saying there is a known issue.
I just wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing the same issue, or if there is something I'm not doing correctly that is causing my issue. Also, this is a C# .NET project.
-- Edit --
Apparently it is an issue with IE9, I removed 9 and went back to 8 and the test works. I'm still interested to know if anyone finds out why this happens or if there is a work around.
The current release of Selenium (2.0b2) does not support IE9, however 2.0b3 should be released soon and supports both IE9 and Firefox 4.
This answer may also be relevant for anyone experiencing issues getting 'clicks' to fire with IE9.
A workaround to this is to send a .Click() to another element on the page, so that the browser gets the focus, before attempting to click the link, e.g. it's parent:
driver.FindElement(By.Id("Logout")).FindElement(By.XPath("..")).Click();
driver.FindElement(By.Id("Logout")).Click();
