Im hoping someone could help me please. I am trying to retrieve time and date from the Sim800L and I am coming short. I have a Sim800L here and I am communicating with it successfully over the Arduino IDE. I have used the following AT commands as suggested online with the following results.
AT+CCLK?
+CCLK: "04/01/01,03:59:51+00"
OK
AT+CLTS=1
OK
AT&W
OK
AT+CLTS?
+CLTS: 1
OK
After restarting, the date and time however is not set to network time. The network is a national carrier and should be able to do this.

Any ideas?

I found the same trouble. in this page embedded world i Found something that works for me. it is add the following instruction
AT&W
Read current time (You can see that the time is not right):
AT+CCLK?
+CCLK: "04/01/01,00:14:12+22"
OK
Enable auto network time sync :
AT+CLTS=1
OK
Check if value is set :
AT+CLTS?
+CLTS: 1
OK
Save the setting to permanent memory so that module enables sync on restart also :
AT&W
OK
Restart the module and check time :
AT+CCLK?
+CCLK: "18/06/21,12:00:21+22"
OK

in page 154 in "6.2.12 AT+CLTS Get Local Timestamp" section
"Support for this Command will be network dependent."
Change your network provider
In the UK, "AT+CCLK?" usually works (the network sets this time) IF using a network-branded-SIM (eg. EE or O2 branded). However for SOME MVNO-SIMs (Mobile Virtual Network Operators SIMS) "AT+CCLK?" does NOT work (even where the same network-branded-SIM does).
Under these cases (for my SIM800L), if you need a valid time (for example so you can send a GPRS-email with a valid time-stamp), you have to manually set the time using: AT+CCLK="21/10/15,18:55:00+04"

I'm trying to figure out the SIM7080G module. An error occurs with some queries. To see the error code, send the command AT+CMEE = 1.
The problem is that I send this command and I get the answer OK. Next, I check if the value was written and see that it remains the same, equal to “0”.
Some commands have the same behavior. For example, with the command AT + CNMP = 13 I want to select the operating mode “GSM”, but the value remains equal to 38 - “LTE”.
But for example, with the command AT + IPR = 115200 I change the baudrate and it is correctly set.
Please tell me what could be the reason.

A reboot probably occurred between the set command and the subsequent read command.
Commands parameters can be designed with three different behaviors:
Never saved after reboot
Always saved after reboot
Saved in a specific profile section (this is usually the case for ETSI standard commands)
Apparently SIM7080G module don't support profile sections. Anyway, for every command, "Parameter Saving Mode" is specified in the AT command guide.
The options are:
NO_SAVE: never saved through reboot.
AUTO_SAVE: The parameter of the current AT command is saved in NVRAM
automatically, it takes effect immediately, and it won't be lost if module is rebooted.
AUTO_SAVE_REBOOT: The parameter of the current AT command is saved in NVRAM
automatically, it takes effect immediately, and it won't be lost if module is rebooted.

Since I installed munin and enabled alerts, it has been intermittently sending me this for four of my hard drives:
WARNINGs: smartctl_exit_status is 4.00 (outside range [:1]).
The munin documentation says:
The ignoreexit parameter can be useful to exclude some bits in smartctl exit code, which is a bit mask described in its main page, from consideration.
So I added the following to /etc/munin/plugin-conf.d/munin-node:
[smart_sdg;smart_sdh;smart_sdi;smart_sdj]
env.ignoreexit 4
(Note that this corresponds with the four drives sending the alerts.)
Alas, the alerts keep coming. I can't make them stop and I don't understand why. Is my config location wrong? Am I doing the configuration wrong? Why isn't this working? Any help?
It turns out that I had an old version of Munin and it doesn't support the env.ignoreexit parameters. I grabbed the latest version of the plugin from Munin's repository and it seems to work.
This was a fun exploration. I wish Munin threw errors when you gave it configurations it didn't recognize, but alas.

All AT commands response is ok But i finally enter MY_POST_DATA the module doesn't provide no response hanging the previous command.. and i check my ThinksBoard data never post telemetry..

Step 1: Get hold of the official AT command documentation for the modem (Quectel BG96 I assume?). It should document how the AT+QMTPUB command behaves and what it expects. Everything else is just guessing. The manufacturer should provide this, and if not you should demand to get one.

Step 873, when you have exhausted absolutely all possible ways of getting hold of the official AT command documentation for the modem: You can try my guess that the command behaves similar to other commands that read arbitrary length user data, most notably AT+CMGS which sends SMS messages, which expect a Ctrl-Z (ascii value 26) as an end of data indicator.
+QMTPUB: 1,0,0 simply mean that BG96 has successfully published and your broker (thingsboard) have also acknowledged publication of message.
If you can't see data on broker, then please check if the topic you are publishing is correct or not.
It may happen you are publishing to another topic (or to a different PATH).
Ask 'thingsboard' for help regarding proper topic.
I have a Loadrunner Test Scenario, here is the snapshot for it:
after opening my Test Scenario with Loadrunner Controller, I click then the "Start Scenario" button, the Scenario must run for 2 Hours, but it stops after 1 minute, and get the following Error:

It seems that you have unwittingly activated an integration with HP Service Virtualization (or SV for short), without having SV installed on the same machine. In order to remove it, open the SV configuration dialog and uncheck all the entries.
I solved the problem with a lot of effort.
the problem is, when you have test scenario, which worked before, and you try to remove some script (groups) of the scenario,after that the test scenario will not work, what I've done, is I created from scratch a new scenario with the same test scripts, and voila it worked, I hope everyone will pay attention at that in the future
I am currently trying to get search working in my Tridion 2011 installation. I read in another article that I should run the TcmReIndex.exe tool in the Tridion/bin folder to re-index all my sites. So I tried this and it failed with a message box giving the following details

I have four fairly large publications (100 000+ items in total) which I am trying to index.
Any ideas?
Whenever I get "Unable to Intialize TDSE object." errors, I typically write a small test script using VBScript, and try running it on the CMS server. Whilst this does not directly solve the problem, it often gives some insight into the issue by logging information in the event viewer. Try creating a test.vbs file as follows and running it:
Set tdse = CreateObject("TDS.TDSE")
tdse.initialize()
msgbox(tdse.User.Description)
Set tdse = Nothing
If it throws any errors, please let me know, and it may help us solve the problem. If it gives you a popup with your user description, then I am completely barking up the wrong tree.
I haven't come to anything conclusive but it seems like my issue may have been a temporary one as it just started working. I did increase all timeouts in Tridion MMC > Timeout Settings by 100 times their amounts but I suspect that this wasn't the issue, when it works the connection is almost instant.
If anyone else has this issue
Restart the computer the content manager is installed on, try again.
Wait an hour or two, try again.
Increase timeouts, try again.
I've run the process a few more times and it seems to be working correctly.
