Convert EDI 810 in CSV - biztalk

I have created an project to convert the EDI 810 into CSV . I am getting the required output while testing locally but getting below error after deploying the solution in admin console. I am using the EdiReceive pipeline.
*
A message received by adapter "FILE" on receive location "Rl_EDI_RECEIVE" with URI "D:\810_INVOICE\RceiveEDI*.txt" is suspended.
Error details: There was a failure executing the receive pipeline: "Microsoft.BizTalk.Edi.DefaultPipelines.EdiReceive, Microsoft.BizTalk.Edi.EdiPipelines, Version=3.0.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35" Source: "EDI disassembler" Receive Port: "RP_EDI_INVOICE" URI: "D:\810_INVOICE\RceiveEDI*.txt" Reason: No Disassemble stage components can recognize the data.

InstanceID: {8363D39D-FCE0-4661-8C04-EECB4309A935}

No Disassemble stage components can recognize the data.
While you can test in VS with just the Transaction, ST..SE, you can only process full Interchanges, ISA..IEA, using the EDI Disassembler.
The sample in the screenshot in the Question will not process outside of Visual Studio.

SSIS package using excel source failing on IIS server

I have a simple SSIS package which has an excel source dumping data in SQL table.
It works fine in BIDS when run manually.
It also works when called from an ASP.NET application on my local.
When the same ASP.NET application was deployed on IIS server it is giving me the following error:
The AcquireConnection method call to the connection manager "10.xxx.xx.xxx.<DB>.<User>" failed with error code 0xC0202009
Note:
Run64bitRunTime is set to false as suggested in many posts for similar issue.
What could be the issue?
Error Log from SQL Job running the package:

Typically when a package runs in BIDS and in the integration services, but fails as a job or when called from an external application, it is a permissions issue associated with the SSIS proxy. The default logon being applied in the ASP.NET application should also be set up in a credential and that credential should then be applied in a Proxy with permission to apply the SSIS subsystem.
Apply the steps outlined in the following link:

Azure Web Role with Transient Fault Handling Block exception: The path is too long after being fully qualified

We applied Transient Fault Handling Block for our web role of cloud service, we even didn't write one single line code. When we try to debug our cloud service locally, the exception would show on webpage, like this:

From the logging, it seems couldn't find Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.TransientFaultHandling.ServiceBus.dll in above locations, but actually it indeed located at C:/AzureCloudService2/WebRole1/bin/, I've checked it many times.
Several information:
We just install the packages via Nuget
We also tried other packages such as TransientFaultHandling.Caching .etc, all have such problems.
What's interesting is it works fine in worker role
#RandyLevy thanks for your comment, it solved my problem. You would win the bounty if you post it as an answer :)
It looks like the ASP.NET temporary directory is exceeding the max
path length. Take a look at Windows Azure - Resolving 'The Path is
too long after being fully qualified Error Message' to set the
_CSRUN_STATE_DIRECTORY environment variable. – Randy Levy

Qt debug error when running .exe

I have written a game in c++ Qt, and I got a debug error message, when running the exe file. The error message appears only on one PC. It appears, when I try to display any text (QLabel, QGraphicsTextItem, anything). On other PC-s there is no error message.
The message is: Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library

I tried to google it, but no success. Does someone have any idea what the problem could be? Thanks!
This assertion can be triggered when accessing a non-existent element in a QString. But without seeing your code and the line where this happens, I can't tell for sure whether that's your problem.

ClickOnce Application try to find an application manifest in a wrong location (strange parameters)

This is my third post on ClickOnce, but each of them has its own subject so I hope nobody minds this. I'm urgently migrating the existing app to the new server. I publish a ClickOnce application to a server (online usage only, not for install), and if I try to execute it via web browsers, I get a message box saying "Cannot continue. The Application is improperly formatted. Contact the application vendor for assistance.", the detail log of which includes below; (I masked some strings in the URL by *, as it was private information)

COMPONENT STORE TRANSACTION DETAILS
No transaction information is available.
My server address is http://**.**.***.173:10080, and a clickonce app is published in http://**.**.***.173:10080/*****/ClickOnce folder.
I assume it tried to find an application manifest file (.manifest) with these several weird parameters (or query strings?) such as comid, userjpname, userfullname, canregist, canmanage, True and systemid, and thus it returned an error.
In my deployment manifest file, the location of the application manifest file is specified as below. No idea where these parameters came from.
<dependentAssembly
dependencyType="install"
codebase="MYAPPNAME_9_9_9_99\MYAPPNAME.exe.manifest"
size="8532">
<assemblyIdentity
name="MYAPPNAME.exe"
version="1.0.1.43"
publicKeyToken="*************"
language="neutral"
processorArchitecture="msil"
type="win32" />
Did you try to sign the application and deployment manifests again?
Reading you description again, I'm a bit confused.
First you create an application manifest.
Then you sign it.
Then you create a deployment manifest and explicitly point it to your application manifest.
Then you sign this, too.
(btw: you have to do the signing part every time you change something.)

Large files with msdeploy

We are trying to use Web Deploy to improve our deployment.
Everything works internally but once we try to deploy to our online environment than msdeploy hangs on files lager than 1 MB.
If we remove those files, the sync works with msdeploy.
The client tries a few times to upload the file and then gives the following error:
Warning: Retrying the sync because a socket error (10054) occurred.
Retrying operation 'Serialization' on object MSDeploy.contentPath (sourcePath).

Anyone any suggestions to fix the problem?
I have not had this issue so cannot give you a specific fix but the microsoft documentation says
Why does remote deployment fail for large files, although local deployment succeeds?
Typically when you deploy to production servers you are deploying across a firewall.
If you get end-of-stream errors on large files, check the settings on the firewall.
Unfortuately it doesnt give specifics regarding the firewall setting to check
