I have already removed the package and installed it again, but I always get the same error.
Browsing the tmap issues on github I found the answer:
install lwgeom package, so
install.packages("lwgeom")
Solved the problem.
I tried to install the shiny related package RLumShiny on the server.
System Version: CentOS Linux release 8.1.1911 (Core)
I tried to use :
install.packages("RLumShiny")
Some errors were returned. But I can't find these errors now.
And then i tired to use :
wget https://cran.r-project.org/bin/macosx/contrib/4.1/RLumShiny_0.2.2.tgz
R CMD INSTALL RLumShiny_0.2.2.tgz
R
library("RLumShiny")

How can this be fixed?
The problem is clearly with the terra package. So the way to fix it would be to (re-) install that package first; perhaps after installing its system requirements (see the repo) perhaps with
sudo dnf install gdal-devel proj-devel geos-devel sqlite-devel
I am new to RStudio.
I am trying to load devtools so that I can install packages from github
So basically what I am trying to do is:
install.packages("devtools")
load(devtools)
install_github("author/package")
Ideally these three steps should have gone through without a hitch. But this is what happened.
library(devtools)

error: package ‘backports’ does not have a namespace

I am currently working on an R code that uses the YAML package to create a config file. I need to import and use certain packages like any other code but for some reason when I try to run the program on my server at work it does not work properly. I have 4 packages I need but I went ahead an ran the code with just lubridate to keep the output short. If I can load lubridate I am sure I can load the others too.
Here is what I get from the terminal and after that is my code. I know its a bit messy but I am just trying to get it to work right now.
Terminal output: PS I cant post more than 2 links so I am cutting the output some
