I use the php-translation bundle.
When I edit a value for a translation key in the debug bar and sync it, then a .xlf file gets automatically created in the app/Resources/translations folder and it provides the translation key with value that I edited in the debug bar.
What I actually want to have is that the value of the translation key gets updated in the .yml file in the src/UserBundle/Resources/translations file that I have already created.
Is there any possibility to configure the bundle that way?
You can specify the output folder. From the php-translation documentation:

Sometimes I want to do a dry run to check something. For this I don't need any saved parameters, so I'm wondering how I can disable the savings to the filesystem completely in this case?
The answer from Omry Yadan works well if you want to solve this using the CLI. However, you can also add these flags to your config file such that you don't have to type them every time you run your script. If you want to go this route, make sure you add the following items in your root config file:

There is an enhancement request aimed at Hydra 1.1 to support disabling working directory management.
Working directory management is doing many things:
Creating a working directory for the run
Changing the working directory to the created dir.
There are other related features:
Saving log files
Saving files like config.yaml and hydra.yaml into .hydra in the working directory.
Different features has different ways to disable them:
To prevent the creation of a working directory, you can override hydra.run.dir to ..
To prevent saving the files into .hydra, override hydra.output_subdir to null.
To prevent the creation of logging files, you can disable logging output of hydra/hydra_logging and hydra/job_logging, see this.
A complete example might look like:
$ python foo.py hydra.run.dir=. hydra.output_subdir=null hydra/job_logging=disabled hydra/hydra_logging=disabled
Note that as always you can also override those config values through your config file.

I have created a bundle with symfony 2.3 but in this case (cause my teacher asked to me) outside src/ folder so I have ../symfony/fuentes/NameBundle instead of ../symfony/src/NameBundle. The new line appears in AppKernel and my new bundle appears on routing.yml, but when I try to launch the server

First of all I want to thanks to the people who has answered. Here is what we have to do if we want to create a bundle outside 'src' folder, for example in 'fuentes' > '..Symfony/fuentes'.
If you have create with 'generate:bundle' I suggest you accept when the generator ask you if you want to create the complete structure, if you have create a bundle with generator goto step 3.
1- Make sure you have registered bundle in AppKernel and It exists there a line like this:
new YourProject\NameprojectBundle\YourProjectNameprojectBundle(),
2- Make sure you have adding a route to your app/config/routing and 'routing.yml' has you new bundle route, like this (you can add a prefix to your url, in this case fuentes):

resource: "#YourProjectNameprojectBundle/Resources/config/routing.yml"
prefix: /fuentes
3- We edit 'app/autoload.php' and we add this line:
$loader->add('YourProject',realpath(__DIR__.'/../fuentes'));
Finally we can update assets doing with command line:

The src folder is automatically loaded using PSR convention. If you set classes outside of the src folder, they have to be declared as well.
In your composer.json file you can add another element in the autoload section. Here's an example that I think will work for your use case:

Here's how to add simply another bundle outside your Symfony project, when we don't want to mess up with composer.json file.
The 2 first points are the same as in the Michael J.'s answer. Now to the 3rd point:
Say, we need to add a OurCompany/SomeBundle residing in the other project, which relative path is ../../OtherProject/src/OurCompany/SomeBundle to CurrentProject/app dir.
So we add this bundle to the CurrentProject application this way:
$loader->add('OurCompany\\SomeBundle', realpath(__DIR__.'/../../OtherProject/src'));
PLEASE NOTICE how the slashes and backslashes should be used (the remaining / or \ at the end doesn't matter, it's smart enough to figure it out).
And for the whole namespace to be loaded (all bundles namespaces in the other project available in CurrentProject):

I would like to store all Salt files (pillars, states, data files, etc.) in a git repository, so that this repository can be cloned on several different deployments.
Then I would like to be able to change the value of some pillar settings, such as a pathname, or a password, but without editing the original file which is in version control (i.e. those modifications would be local only and not necessarily versioned).
I would like to be able to pull new versions from the original repository (e.g. to add new pillar and state definitions) without losing the customized values.
E.g. the "base" or "default" pillar file would have settings like:

and I would like to customize some settings, in another file, without changing the base file:

dir: /mnt/data/myservice
password: secret_password
The modified settings should take precedence over the base / default ones.
Is it possible to do this by using environments (e.g. a "base" environment and a "custom" environment)?
Or perhaps by including these custom pillar files?
The documentation seems to indicate that there isn't a fixed order for overriding pillar settings.
Let me first suggest a way where you keep the original file and the customized settings in the git repository. See below how to override setting with a file outside of git.
Setup Git Pillar
I assume all files are stored in a git pillar like described here. I am using the syntax of salt version 2015.8 here.

In your top.sls file you can list different SLS files. They will override each other in the order listed in the top file:

This will apply on all servers:

This will apply on all servers with the name ending with 'qa':
# qaservers.sls

The commands salt hostqa saltutil.refresh_pillar and salt hostqa pillar.data will then show that the values A2 and B2 as they have all been merged together.
As this works without specifying environments, I suggest not to use environments here.
Override some local settings outside of Git
To override some of your settings locally, you can add another external pillar. One of the most simple ones is cmd_yaml that will run a command (here: cat) and merge the output with the current pillar:

All external pillars are executed in the order listed in the configuration file.
Hi is there a way to rename uploaded file using VichUploaderBundle? If I upload two image with same name it will remove the old one and it's a problem for me.

For this kind of issues, the bundle provide "file namers". They are simple services used to name files, in particular to avoid collisions on the filesystem.
You probably want to use the vich_uploader.namer_origname file namer as it will rename your uploaded files using a uniqueid as the prefix of the filename and keeping the original name and extension (a file named foo.jpg will be stored as 50eb3db039715_foo.jpg)
You could use the namer in your vich_uploader.yaml
