How do I create tree responsive box designs for javafx using scenebuilder. It should have 3 boxes that adjust to the size of the screen. Something similar to the boxes below. Any help>
I do not use scenebuilder, I prefer create the FXML file by my own especially because it is not responsive.
The purpose when defining the UI of your application is to choose the good layouts. Some are more responsive than other depending on what you want to achieve.
I saw your first first post and I do not use JFoenix, then here is a very light/simple example with "regular" component that could help you to make your application responsive.

I'm finding the way that how to bind the size of a pane with the outer pane.
I could bind the size ofRectangle with Pane,
But couldn't bind an inner pane (Red dotted rectangle) with outer pane (Blue dotted rectangle)
Why I couldn't do it
It seems to be that Pane does not provide bind method for widthProperty

I've found that almost the same question, but no answer was there.
You do not need a binding to achieve this. The problem is the fact that you set the constraints for maxHeight/maxWidth to USE_PREF_SIZE, i.e. to a fixed value that can very well be reached when resizing the window. Remove those constraints to allow the AnchorPane to grow as necessary:

Furthermore I recommend avoiding the use of AnchorPanes, if you can avoid it. It's hard to achieve responsive layouts with this kind of layout. VBox and HBox would do much better jobs in this case.

But the problem is, when I try to open the fxml file in scene builder, the fx:script tag is causing a NullPointerException. It says that "make sure NAMESTAGE.fxml is a valid fxml file".
The application compiles, builds, and runs without any error.
Removing the 5 lines with fx:script tag along with the onAction="nextAction()" part, somehow solve the problem. I don't understand what I am doing wrong here. Could anybody help?
For me it's a bug, introduced by Scene Builder 2.0; the older versione (1.1) doesn't have the problem
since the ListView seems to have some visual bugs when it comes to storing items with a different cell size (resulted in duplicated entries #displaying), I decided to try out a ScrollPane. I replaced the ListView with a ScrollPane with a inner VBox (there are custom HBox stored). So long it's working fine, I dont get any visual bugs any more.
Now I just have a simple problem: As soon the ScrollPane is "full" and starts scrolling, it seems to adjust the size of my "bigger" items.

The official documentation states, the ScrollPane fitToHeight Property is default on false, which should prevent resizing my HBox's. I want the HBox to stay at it's original height.

Background
In general, I'd advise, just using the ContentDisplay on buttons and having the button manage the layout of items inside the button on your behalf. But that approach will not work for your particular use-case.
Sample Solution
Put both the text and the image in the graphic inside your own layout manager (for example an HBox). This way you have the flexibility to apply a custom layout to the button, allowing you to situate the text and image exactly as you wish.
In the sample solution I add a Pane between the text and the graphic with a hgrow constraint of always, so that the pane will act as an expandable invisible spacer between the the text and the image, pushing them as far apart from each other horizontally as is possible (within the constraints of the overall button size).

I have a gridpane looks like a KeyBoard, and I need to merge some cells to put a "Space" button.. But I cant find any option in the settings of the gridpane which would solve my problem.. Does anyone have an idea how I could achieve it?
Setup your Grid with items in it
Create a GridPane.
Place nodes in the grid.
Select a node in the grid.
It is very, very important that a node in the grid be selected at this stage . . .
After that either:
A. Use the Menu Items
Choose Modify | GridPane
Choose any of
Increase Row Span
Decrease Row Span
Increase Column Span
Decrease Column Span
B. Use the Layout Panel
Modify the Row Span or the Column Span values.
Layout Notes
To really get something to fill up the grid and span rows or columns in the way you want, you may need to modify other layout parameters of the node or it's grid constraints in the layout panel. For example a Button won't normally grow beyond it's preferred size, so set it's max height and width to MAX_VALUE. Another example is to have a Label centered across two columns, set its Hgrow to ALWAYS and its Halignment to CENTER.
