I am not sure how you page is structured in WordPress but you can try when you are on the home page just click Edit Page in the top menu.
After that you will ed up in a Dashboard window with some RichTextBox on it. On the right side you have to option to switch to Text instad of Visual. When you do that I think you will be able to locate the extra String and remove it:

You've got an issue with whatever mechanism you have used to insert Google Tag Manager. Use another method to whatever you have used or check your syntax because there's a syntax error with it. You can easily embed the script in the header using the hook wp_head.

Not sure if this is only problem for Elementor full width template, but it seems to override theme header.php. I tried achieving my goal by using elementor custom code feature, but it adds my code somewhere in middle of the tag.

You are right Elementor overrides the theme's header.php file so importing your code to this file is not effective. You need to add custom function to earn your goal. With the wp-head action you could add the code right into your header and Elementor will not override it.
Add this code to the functions.php file od your active theme.

As sephsekla mentioned in comment, there is a way to set the priority into your action to get it to the top. Try to set value to -999. So, choose a very low number and if there is no other lower number in your plugin or theme you will go straight to the top.

You can always try to save text as an photo and make it clickable or make a full section clickable.To do this try to use plugin called "Make Column Clickable Elementor".

I'm trying to create a simple shortcode function that would work in a link like this:

to accomplish this, this is what I've done:
I've added include 'myshortcodes.php'; to functions.php file and created a file called myshortcodes.php
within that file I have the following code:

Maybe problems with php interpreter on server side.
Check if your server side doing include right.
Below and above your shortcode function place echo with something, and if it will echoes on your site, then we need to dig deeper.
And if it will not echoes, than the problem is in include function.
I have a wp-network installed with users that can create pages in each site.
Each of those pages get a place in the primary menu, and only one user have permission to create all this menu.
I want to create a user only to be able to edit the content of the pages, but not the title.
How can I disable the title of the page to be edited from the admin menu for a specific user, or (far better) for a capability?
I thought only a possibility, that's editing admin css to hide the title textbox, but I have two problems:
I don't like to css-hide things.
I don't know where is the admin css.
I know php, but don't know how to add a css hide to an element for a capability.
You should definitely use CSS to hide the div#titlediv. You'll want the title to show in the markup so the form submission, validation, etc continues to operate smoothly.
Some elements you'll need to know to implement this solution:
current_user_can() is a boolean function that tests if the current logged in user has a capability or role.
You can add style in line via the admin_head action, or using wp_enqueue_style if you'd like to store it in a separate CSS file.

I resolved the problem, just if someone comes here using a search engine, I post the solution.
Doing some research, I found the part of the code where the title textbox gets inserted, and I found a function to know if a user has a certain capability.
The file where the title textbox gets added is /wp-admin/edit-form-advanced.php. This is the line before the textbox
if ( post_type_supports($post_type, 'title') )
I changed it to this
if ( post_type_supports($post_type, 'title') and current_user_can('edit_title') )
That way, the textbox is only added when the user has the capability called "edit_title"
When this IF block ends few lines after, I added:

To see the page title but not to edit it, when the user hasn't got "edit_title" capability.
Then I had already installed a plugin to edit user capabilities and roles, wich help me to create a new capability (edit_title) and assign it to the role I want.
Hello i'm using widgets_on_pages to place widgets on pages, i installed it and added a widget to the panel in my admin section, then i added [widgets_on_pages id=2] ("its the 2nd sidebar and it said i should add this") into my html on the place where the widget should appear but it only shows the code i added in pure text, nothing else happens, anyone know what i'm doing wrong?

You should not need to do it this way. It seems that Vincent, you are trying to add the shortcode into a theme php file... this is incorrect and the shortcode is for adding into the page/post content by the post/page editor.
To add a Widgets on Pages sidebar to a template then v 0.0.7 (I believe) has built in template tags (see link text). This should allow you to add the following I think
