I had to create a custom page borrowing the Divi theme code in order to use my shopping carts include file. The problem is the responsible WP menu will not work on the custom pages.
Is there are anyone who has had this issue who could help? It seems like the problem is in the page container and its overlapping the menu - but am struggling to pin point the problem.

When I install the theme in WordPress, in every theme it only shows the blog page, no other page or menu is visible.
You can customize the front page by going to appearance => customization. If other pages have been created, you can create the menu and set its position where you want it to be seen. If your themes provide demo data, you can import and check.
I'm creating a child theme of Quality (https://wordpress.org/themes/quality/). I´m using the Business Template for the main page.
These are the sections of the template in Quality:
And these ones are the sections of my child theme:
As can be seen, most of the sections disappeared in the child theme.
How can I use those sections in my theme?
Seems like theres something thats already added when you are using the Quality template, which isn't activated in your child theme.
Isn't there some kind of setting page, where you can enable stuff like this?
Maybe under "Appearance" in the wordpress backend menu.
I had not found any option to change that in the menu before post my question.
It does not seem to be a WordPress problem, but theme problem
I am new to Wordpress but not HTML and CSS. I installed a theme and then got the Page Builder Plugin.
When I use the page builder it seems to want to create a lovely crips full width site but it goes over the the top of some of the theme style/content.
It's mixed up.
How do I get page builder to be the only source for the overall design.
I considered using CSS to hide some elements of the theme and have managed to hide the side bar - is this the best practice?
Please see the linkhttp://www.daneliandesigns.co.uk/wordpress/
If it is a case of just using CSS to hide certain elements then great! But I am thinking there is a simpler way as it is in Wordpress.
I am using TN3Gallery on my wordpress. As soon as I enable Nivo Slider TN3Gallery stops working. I couldn't find any solution for this problem. I don't think wordpress lets you disable specific plugins on a page basis. How can I fix this issue ?

You need to use wordpress Conditional Tags in your theme if you want to disable plugin at certain pages/posts. following link may be helpful to you -

I have installed the MediaFlux theme from Mojo-Themes on my website at www.sjsueconomics.org. Here are my questions:
As you can see on the website, the blue menu at the very top of the page currently displays Page Titles. I want to display External Links there instead. How do I modify the code to do it?
The main menu (red text below the logo) currently displays Categories. Without changing the style or appearance, I want to display the Page Titles instead. How do I do it?
Thanks in advance!
The company you paid for the theme provides support, not a community which has no access to this product.
http://wordpress.stackexchange.com ; customizing a paid theme while providing no code (and having no right to provide any code) is not an appropriate subject for a StackOverflow question
if the theme supports custom menus, there ought to be a Menus page in the admin, under Appearances probably, or perhaps Settings. Go there, then create a menu with the pages or categories you want, then tell the theme to use the menu you created instead of the default. If the theme doesn't have such a feature, you'll need a programmer.
