Hello I am creating a new Audience in Firebase console for a game (already released on store with roughly 17k DAU). However, the tool keep becoming not responding. I checked it seems to be a problem with Firebase's JS. More details below:
Error in Chrome developer debug:
[Violation] Added non-passive event listener to a scroll-blocking 'touchmove' event. Consider marking event handler as 'passive' to make the page more responsive. See https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5745543795965952

I tried changing the date range to 7 days, yesterday, today. Same error.
Is there a way to workaround this issue? Thank you

I am attempting to publish events via FlutterAnalytics but I am experiencing very sporadic behaviour.
Using latest firebase_core and firebase_analytics packages
Using Firebase project on PAYG Blaze plan
Add pushing of events to BigQuery
Using vanilla flutter create project for testing
Downloaded and added google-services.json to android/app and android/app/debug folder
Added firebaseAnalytics.logEvent(name: 'testevent'); in onPressed where counter is incremented
Click button until counter reaches 100
Expect to see 100 events in Firebase Analytics but I see none.
Look in StreamView, after 5 minutes a part of them show up, alongside the automatically collected screen_view etc.
Look in DebugView (after activating adb) they show up instantly.
Look in Events tab, nothing
Look in BigQuery, nothing, not even tables created
They say events don't show up instantly, wait up to 24h, okay:
Wait 24h, no event in Events tab beyond the automatically collected ones
No BigQuery table generated
Wait 48h, no event showing up.
I then proceeded to create several other test firebase projects, with varying degrees of events showing up:
One project has 12 events out of 100 in BigQuery and 100 in Events tab
Another project has no events
Another project has 27 events in Events tab and 12 in BigQuery
Is anybody getting better mileage out of Firebase Analytics ? It cannot be a misconfiguration on my part on a vanilla project as then no events would show up, not this sporadic behaviour across all the projects.
since you are seeing varying levels of events logged, we need to determine if each of the event is sent to the server for processing. this can be checked by enabling the verbose mode.
adb shell setprop log.tag.FA VERBOSE
adb shell setprop log.tag.FA-SVC VERBOSE
adb logcat -v time -s FA FA-SVC
This will help you to verify if the event is logged or not immediately instead of waiting for 24-48 hours for the UI to show that.
If the events are not logged in the verbose mode, then you might want to rephrase your code to send 100 sequential events, if that is required. Another thought is like lots of same events from same user, are so quick and so they are packaged together for processing resulting in various count. ALways do verbose mode to ensure your events are created and sent as you wanted to analyze further.
I was using Bing Custom Search API for the past week with no problems thanks to the free trial, but today, I tried upgrading to the S1 plan, since the API was sending error messages. I tried regenerating the key as well, but despite doing both of these things, I was still getting errors and unable to use the API.
However, I was able to make calls using: https://www.customsearch.ai/applications, where I was able to use my API key to test endpoints and get the results I expected. What baffles me is that my nodejs code which hasn't been modified aside from the subscription key should still work with the upgraded plan, but it doesn't.
I should be able to help here. Let us do little bit of troubleshooting once:
First go to https://www.customsearch.ai/applications -> click on your instance name ->Click on "Production" tab on top -> Try making API call on this page by providing Query and Subscription key you got. If this works, go to the next step.
On the page mentioned above you would have seen Custom Configuration ID and Subscription Key. Make sure those two are same in your node.js code. Ideally this should work.
If it still doesn't work, please share your error code so that I can get better understanding of the error you are getting.
I am sending some custom properties to firebase when I trigger an event but they do not appear in Firebase.
I have enabled the debug view and the data does arrive perfectly fine in the debug stream.

Am I missing something?
I had exactly the same problem but after a few days, my custom parameters now have values. It's so strange but after 4 days, all the custom parameters suddenly have values and everything works just fine!
I am using the authentication API as directed here: http://docs.microsofttranslator.com/oauth-token.html
Everything was working fine for about a week and suddenly today at around 11:55pm eastern time, all calls to get a new token give 500 errors with the following stack:
http://pastebin.com/uQ3VL6Am
We simply make a POST request to https://api.cognitive.microsoft.com/sts/v1.0/issueToken
with header 'Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key' set to our key
I tried using our second API key, and it still does not work. I tried regenerating another key, and it still does not work. Our account manager says that the account should be in good standing.
Thank you

When you hit the "Refresh Datatable" Button for a misconfigured datatable inside the Google Analytics Plugin the command fails with the message:
Failed to load columns for table 'My Table' due to following error: 'Google Analytics Error'
This is not very descriptive.
So, how to get the fully qualified error-message which comes from the Google Analytics API?
Is there a way inside the icCube to log the error message which comes from the Google-API?
I tried to set all log-levels to DEBUG, but it did not help.
Alternatively, does Google log these errors, so that I can view them anywhere at the developer console?
It's an error on the current icCube version, will be fixed in 6.0 RC2.
Issue 254
When you refresh the Datatable, the API-Call analytics.data.ga.get is triggered.
So you can simulate this call inside the Google APIs Explorer.
Here you just need to put in the metrics and dimensions, like you did in the IcCube IDE.
How to get the profile Id is explained here.
After hitting the Execute-Button you can now see the full error-message.
A common error is to ask for more dimensions or metrics than allowed (max. 10 metric, 7 dimensions).
Of course it would be much more convenient, if the icCube Plugin would read the error-message and print it inside the IDE or the log...
