Does app maker have the options to collaborate drive files to all users in the application.
Currently drive picker uploads files in current user drive, so when several users uploads files it will be uploaded in their drives. So it will not be accessible to all the users in the application.
Does drive picker has the option to configure centralize drive or team drive, so that users can collaborate their files across the application.
Unfortunately this is not possible with the Drive Picker. Please note that as per the Drive Picker documentation, the picker does not yet support selecting items in Team Drives. You can confirm this in the official documentation available here https://developers.google.com/drive/v3/web/picker
I think that Team Drive will be the appropriate solution for your scenario but since this is not available in the Drive Picker yet, you may need to wait until it is officially supported.

I am using Maximo anywhere 7.6.3 and wanted to know if we need an apple account to customize (i.e add new fields) to existing application. The customization guide of 7.6.2 says it is needed for building iphone applications, but then not sure if it is required for the latest version. The modifications that i made in dev. work as expected though.
in order to compile to IOS, you don't need a developer account, just XCODE and a MAC. In order to distribute the app via the app store, you would need a developer account.
IBM publishes out of the box Anywhere applications to both the Google Play and Apple app stores, so you can point them at your Anywhere server and deploy a lot of changes that way without the need for an Apple account.
If you want to make changes to the iOS apps like custom app icons, custom app names or baking in the server url and then distribute the app either publicly or within your organisation, then you will need an Apple developer/enterprise account.
I wanted to share with other users in my company a Google App Maker app I have been developing. When I develop the app and use Preview, my data is all kept.
But I know I can't use the preview url for other users to access the application. So I Published the app and got a deployment url I could give to other users. The problem I am having is that all documents created are gone for myself (and I assume the other users) each time I open a new window with the deployment url.
How can this be fixed. I am thinking there is something silly I am missing or doing.
I experience the same issue, but I think this is because when using Google Drive Tables, they are local to the app instance. So your development app tables are not the same as the published app tables. Also, if you Published your app twice, it would be 2 different sets of tables (I think). There is a way to import/export data, so you may want to export the data from your development tables and import to your published tables.
Google App Maker Import and export data
From google drive, I would like users to be able to open files using my new app maker app. In app scripts, you can click register in the chrome web store. Is this possible with app maker? It would also be awesome for users to be able to simply click the icon from the apps section of their gmail, etc. Thank you in advance!
It's ambiguous as to what you're looking to achieve from your question.
You might either be looking for how to use the Drive Picker widget
Or you might be looking to release an App Maker app in the Chrome Web Store, which is not at all possible.
Can you share Analytics data with another user per app within Firebase, not per project? I have hundreds of apps under one project and do not want users to have access to all those apps, just specific ones to view the Analytics of a specific app.
No, all permissions in a project are for the entire project. However, please do state your case as a feature request so the Firebase team can be aware of how people are hoping to use the dashboard.
I am trying to integrate file sharing functionality to existing web portal. Do you know any software or library which can help me?
It must be collaboration tool, employees should be able to manage and edit for example project files, add comments to that files.
It is similar to SharePoint software.
Opensource and proprietary software are acceptable.
Any ideas?
google documents does this well.
Samepage.io was originally built as an on-premise server software platform, but it has moved to the cloud. I use it every day to collaborate with both internal and external teams. It offers everything you might expect in terms of file sharing, document collaboration, task management, comments, etc. It also integrates with Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, and OneDrive for file sharing.
