Prophet package in R : Unable to load from library - r

Can someone help me with "prophet" package addition to library?
I was successful in installing the package on R version 3.3.3 including the dependent files, however when I try using it "library (prophet)" - I get the following . I did look for solutions on the link provided in the error along with various other forums but found no solutions.
Does this package require C++ Compiler to be installed? How do I resolve this issue?

I'm having no luck running the Qt examples with Qt Creator. I've tried three so far, but I have been unable to build and run any of them.
and also it showing as QML module not found for QtQuickVirtualKeyboard import.
i have attached the error screenshot.
error: cannot find -lc++
clang++: error: linker command failed with exit code 1
The error: cannot find -lc++ using ndk r20 can be solved like this:
https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtbase/+/264903/9/mkspecs/android-clang/qmake.conf#34][1]
For example to compile for android armv7 ndk r20, locate the file:
C:\Qt\5.13.0\android_armv7\mkspecs\android-clang\qmake.conf
and add the missing -nostdlib++
for android x86 (i use this for emulator), locate the file:
C:\Qt\5.13.0\android_x86\mkspecs\android-clang\qmake.conf

Cygwin configure: error: source directory already configured; run "make distclean" there first

Hi I am using cygwin to build FFTW library.
But, when I type 'configure' the error pops out as- configure: error: source directory already configured; run "make distclean" there first
But,When I again type 'make distclean' another error pops out: make: *** No rule to make target 'distclean'. Stop.
Pleas provide suggestions on this.
I can't determine your environment, so I only to guess.
At first, you should execute bootstrap.sh, then execute configure and other make commands.
EDIT:
Direct reason is below code in configure.
You should try delete config.status and execute bootstrap.sh && ./configure.
1715 # test to see if srcdir already configured
1716 if test "`cd $srcdir && pwd`" != "`pwd`" &&
1717 test -f $srcdir/config.status; then
1718 { { echo "$as_me:$LINENO: error: source directory already configured; run \"make distclean\" there first" >&5
1719 echo "$as_me: error: source directory already configured; run \"make distclean\" there first" >&2;}
1720 { (exit 1); exit 1; }; }
