As you can see in the images I provided, the upper left menu options text is huge. I don't know why this is, I think I updated Qt and then suddenly it looked like this the next time I ran it. I have tried to search for solutions for how to get regular size back but I find pretty much only things related to code font size. Does anyone know how I can get back the original, much smaller and easy-on-the eyes text size?
This is a bug in QtCreator 9.0.0. It will be fixed in version 9.0.1. which will hopefully come out soon. If you do not want to wait, you can download and install some snapshot of QtCreator 9.0.1. here https://download.qt.io/snapshots/qtcreator/9.0/9.0.1/ See also https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTCREATORBUG-28499 for some other workarounds.
cant post images yet as this is my first question so here is the image
Why cant my output use full screen. It only uses half a screen
Is there any way to change this?
I have a ribbon-base app and on it's toggle buttons I'm placing PNG icons - 32x32, 32 bits. But when I'm launching the app the image on the ribbon button looks corrupted. Just to checkk I've create a simple button control with the same image on it - and it looks ok. see the screenshot here - http://i.imgur.com/0zct9cf.jpg
I've tried to add RenderOptions.BitmapScalingMode="HighQuality" and RenderOptions.EdgeMode="Aliased" to my app window tag - no luck.
Can someone explain whyRibbonToggleButton corrupts the images on it?
Thank you!
Try saving the image with a program that supports setting the DPI in the metadata, for example IrfanView. I had a similar problem and changing the images DPI to match the screen fixed it for me.
Open the image in IrfanVIew and press shift+i to open the image information dialog
Change the DPI to match your screen
Save the image
I have not tested this on a screen that is set to a different DPI, so I have no idea if this will look even more horribly wrong then.
I have an area on a screen I would like to print and when I create a print job the buttons on the screen lose their background / look. I haven't tested this with other components but I'm guessing I'll run into this more. The text looks fine but not the image. How do I get it to keep it's look?

BTW I know there are things like AlievePDF but I don't want to use that. I want to know what is going on here and how to fix it without it.
I am about to launch a new Joomla site, and the only minor bug holding me up (not really effecting launch, just annoying) is this strange issue with iPhone (using Safari Mobile). You can see it in the image attached or use http://synthphone.com/ to see it.
Any ideas? I haven't noticed any other issue on any other browser or device. Link to the page is http://www.complisolutions.com/services.
Thanks for any assistance!
It's most likely a font size issue - note the word 'environmental' - looks to me like that cannot fit in the space allocated between the image and the left side of the screen.
Try remove that word to see if this is the case.
What you'll want to do, is use media queries to firstly make that image full page width at small screen resolutions and secondly to remove the float.
