how to hot update a restful bundle to karaf when dev - apache-karaf

everyone, I followed the karaf guide, the bundle:watch command and the remote debug is ok, but when I issue a mvn clean install command in a web project with restful service, karaf failed to update the bundle, here is the error:
2016-12-20 15:02:32,054 | ERROR | (WebApplication:265) - Registration skipped for [ServletWebElement{mapping=DefaultServletMapping{httpContextId=opencast.httpcontext,urlPatterns=null,initParams={},servlet=StaticResource [alias=/engage/ui, classpath=/ui, welcome file=index.html], alias=/engage/ui, servletNamenull}}] due to error during registration
so the question is how to hot update a restful web bundle when dev?

I have resovled the problem.here is the answer link to reference:opencast dev mail list

(Meteor) Mup deploy "read ECONNREST Error"

I don’t know what is going on.
I reinstalled my Computer and updated Meteor. I had some permission problems in a earlier problem I could fix that tho. Meteor is normally running if I don't want to deploy it. Deploying used to work just fine btw.
mup.cmd deploy --settings settings.json

This error can happen if your IP address cannot SSH. Make sure your IP
hasn't changed, or change your rules/IP in the security groups of the
service you are using.
There was another case of this recently here mup setup : Error: Timed out while waiting for handshake
But I don't think he sorted it out. He has also reported it on the mup issues list
You can also enable debugging and set mup to be verbose like this:
DEBUG=mup* mup <command> --verbose

JHipster prod profile Grunt build error on Eclipse

I'm doing an app with JHipster 1.4.0 using Eclipse.
In dev profile, no problem, but when i switched to prod profile, there's an error in build :
Description : Plugin execution not covered by lifecycle configuration: com.github.trecloux:yeoman-maven-plugin:0.2:build (execution: run-grunt, phase: generate-resources)
Resource : pom.xml
Path : /myapp
Location : line 444
Type : Maven Project Build Lifecycle Mapping Problem
I'm new to Eclipse and i didn't find a solution on forums. If someone can help...
Thanks !
I just had a same issue, and this was because I had another process using the same port number as Grunt (port 9001).
Can you check your Grunt error message? I had:
Running "connect:test" (connect) task
Fatal error: Port 9001 is already in use by another process.

Unable to create OpenShift application using --from-code option

I am trying to create an OpenShift application using the --from-code option to grab the application code from GitHub. I've created two different OpenShift QuickStarts -- with one, the --from-code option works, and with the other, it doesn't work.
So clearly I'm doing something wrong in the QuickStart that isn't working. But I can't see what I'm doing wrong. I either get error 504 or an error occurred, neither of which tells me what the problem is, and there doesn't seem to be a verbose flag to get more details on the error.

Tests-Mac:~ testuser$
That's creating an application with --from-code using this repo: https://github.com/citrusbyte/SONR . If I use this repo it works flawlessly: https://github.com/citrusbyte/openshift-sinatra-redis
The code itself seems to be good, as I can create an empty new application, merge the SONR code in, and it works flawlessly.
What am I doing wrong?
UPDATE: I've worked around this issue by creating the app in two stages instead of doing it in one stage:
rhc app create APPNAME diy-0.1 http://cartreflect-claytondev.rhcloud.com/reflect?github=smarterclayton/openshift-redis-cart
cd APPNAME
git remote add github -f https://github.com/citrusbyte/SONR.git
git merge github/master -s recursive -X theirs
git push origin master
I'd still love to know why doing it in one step was failing, though.
#developercorey had the right idea.
I tried with a ridiculous timeout of 99999, and then got a different timeout error that I don't think I can change:
$ rhc app create APPNAME diy-0.1 http://cartreflect-claytondev.rhcloud.com/reflect?github=smarterclayton/openshift-redis-cart --from-code https://github.com/citrusbyte/SONR.git --timeout 99999
...
Creating application 'APPNAME' ...
The initial build for the application failed: Shell command '/sbin/runuser -s /bin/sh 5328a9385973ca70150002af -c "exec /usr/bin/runcon 'unconfined_u:system_r:openshift_t:s0:c5,c974' /bin/sh -c \"gear postreceive --init >> /tmp/initial-build.log 2>&1\""' exceeded timeout of 229
The fix I mentioned in my earlier update is working perfectly, and that's what I recommend anyone with a similar problem try -- I'm creating the app as empty without the --from-code option, and then merging in the code I wanted to use in a separate step:
rhc app create APPNAME diy-0.1 http://cartreflect-claytondev.rhcloud.com/reflect?github=smarterclayton/openshift-redis-cart
cd APPNAME
git remote add github -f https://github.com/citrusbyte/SONR.git
git merge github/master -s recursive -X theirs
git push origin master
It could be that the application takes to long to clone/setup, and the creation is timing out. Something you can try is to create the application without the --from-code, then clone it locally, and merge in your code from github, then do a git push. This operation has a much longer timeout period, and will also let you see what, if any, errors that you get since the application won't disappear if it doesn't succeed, unlike an app create.

How to install mmoreramerino/GearmanBundle with Symfony 2.1.x?

I am pretty new to Symfony 2 and brand new to Gearman.
I am looking for a bundle to integrate Symfony 2 with Gearman.
mmoreramerino's bundle seems to be the most popular bundle according to packagist. Unfortunately something seems to be broken, the autoloader does not find the bundle.
Fatal error: Class 'Mmoreramerino\GearmanBundle\MmoreramerinoGearmanBundle' not found in ...
I tried switching to "dev-development" as I got from the issues that it was fixed in this branch, but it did not work for me as well.
Question: How can I install this bundle using Symfony 2.1.x?
Question 2: Are there any working & documented alternatives?
Edit In case someone else comes across this question: Here is how I got it up and running!
Install gearman, libgearman, the PECL extension for PHP (use recent versions!)
check that gearman shows up in phpinfo() (both cli and webserver version)
start gearmand in terminal 1 using "gearmand --verbose INFO" (you will see workers & clients connect to gearman - or not ;-))
start in terminal 2 reverse_worker.php from the gearman php extension example directory
start in terminal 3 reverse_client.php from the gearman php extension example directory
If this is working, you are ready for Symfony: install mmoreramerino/GearmanBundle using "dev-development"
copy dev.base.yml from the bundle to app/config/gearman/dev.yml
Now add TestWorker.php to your bundle as outlined in the documentation
enable the testWorker by using the console script "php app/console gearman:job:execute MmoreramerinoGearmanBundleWorkerstestWorker~test"
now you are able to send jobs to the listening testWorker in a Symfony controller (or somewhere else in Symfony). I had to specify the server though I am using the default host/port.
$gearman = $this->get('gearman');
$gearman->setServer('127.0.0.1',4730);
$gearman->doNormalJob('MmoreramerinoGearmanBundleWorkerstestWorker~test');
To install the bundle, you need to add the following line to composer.json
"Mmoreramerino/GearmanBundle": "dev-development"
and run composer update;
Then register it in app/AppKernel.php (it seems you have already done this)
new Mmoreramerino\GearmanBundle\MmoreramerinoGearmanBundle(),
