Sending out multiple Reports in one E-Mail in ServiceNow using the Scheduled Report function - report

I have created 5 Reports for a specific service which I would like to send out by mail using the scheduled report function. I could send out one report easily to my mail, but sine the field for the reports is a single selection field I am afraid that I can only send out one report at max per mail.
Is there any way to group my reports or any other workaround?
Thank you in advance

To reduce report-related email volume, you can schedule multiple reports to be sent in a single email. Each report is included in the email as an attachment. Other than email attachment limitations, there is no limit to the number of reports that can be added to a single email.
To schedule multiple reports, use the 'Included in Email' related list to create additional scheduled reports.

To expand on the answer from Siri, it's a bit convoluted but can be done.
See these KBs

Genava: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/geneva-performance-analytics-and-reporting/page/use/advanced_reporting/task/t_ScheduleAReport.html
They are the same process, but from the Fuji example
To reduce report-related email volume, you can schedule multiple
reports to be sent in a single email. Each report is included in the
email as an attachment. Other than email attachment limitations, there
is no limit to the number of reports that can be added to a single
email.
To schedule multiple reports:
Navigate to Reports > Scheduled Reports.
Click New.
Define the report as described under Scheduling Reports.
Save the record.
Use the Included in Email related list to create additional scheduled reports.
Each report you add to the Included in Email related list must have its own schedule. This allows you to send different reports to one or more of the recipients of the previously identified reports, each with its own schedule.
Click Update.

How to send an Attachment in Google Chat via Bot/ Webhook

My organisation is using Google Chat for internal communication. In one of the group in the app I am sending the report of daily automation test run using webhook. Currently the report consist of only text message containing the pass/ fail count.
But I want to send the html report as well with that. I could not found any source which tell the information about how to send the attachment in the bot messages in Google chat.
Please help me if someone knows how to send the attachment report using Google Chat Bot or Webhook.
Per documentation, Bots have limited message types they can send. (Only simple text, or Cards)
I would suggest sending a link to download the report, which is feasible with the bot. See Including links in message text

How to share a part of the site in Google Analytics

we have events listing website and events from different organizers are grouped (by URL), like -
www.site.com/organizer/event1
www.site.com/organizer/event2
www.site.com/organizer/event3
etc. How to give an organizer an access only to his/her part of the site's Google Analytics?
Easy way -
An organizer registers in Google Analytics
An organizer creates a counter in Google Analytics
An organizer sets this counter in his/her profile on our website.
We add this counter to our Google Analytics code on www.site.com/organizer/* pages
He/she clicks on some link in the profile and sees the GA stat only for own events.
The way I want it:
He/she clicks on some link in the profile and sees the GA stat only for own events.
Is this possible with some API to separate statistics for www.site.com/organizer/* and share a private link to it with organizer?
After reading your comments in another answer (which is basically just a copy of the comment I left on your question). I have changed my recommendation left in comment, think you should use the Google Analytics API for this.
Since you want to give others access to your own data I suggest you use a service account. You will need to do this in a server sided programing language, say PHP or C#.
Every night run a job that will extract the data you want though the Core reporting API. Store it in the database then create a page that will then display only the data you want to the different people. You will only need to run your job once per day as the data for previous days will never change. Wait at least 24 hours to get the data as data hasn't completed processing for 24 hours.
I am not sure what language plan on using but these tutorials should get you started: Google Service Account with PHP or Google Analytics API Authentication with C#
I would create different profile views with filters to include only the subset of data for the subpages.
This way, you can add a specific user access rights to that specific profile only, so they can only view that profile when they log in.
Create an include only filter which filters on Request URI: /organizer/event1, /organizer/event2, /organizer/event3 etc.

generate ssrs report on demand & send in email

Hi I am using SSRS for reporting.
And in asp.net application on the web page providing user to select parameters like for which region & for how many client they want report.
Now as we are having millions of records, we can not make user to sit for hours until report get generated.
So for that i want to call SSRS report to be generated & email to user when user save selection and give user message that report will be sent to you via email..
So my query is
should i use stored procedure to call SSRS report?
or
should i call SSIS package which will in turn call SSRS report and send report in email?
#GMD The Subscription can be created with the users choice like daily/Weekly/Monday/Tuesday... also we could configure the time to run and deliver the report too.
These subscription can be created on Reporting Manager where we usually deploy SSRS reports and run the reports to view output.
Once the subscription was created say for Eg., Subscription created to run every Tuesday # 6.00 PM. The report will ran every week on the specific time and the out put will be delivered to the persons whose mailID's were supplied during creating Subscription.

Can .net generate smtp calendar appointments like it does messages?

I am trying to get .net to generate calendar appointments to user’s outlook such that the recipient would get a meeting request.
All the examples on the web have a standard message/ email object with an .ics attachment that contains the meeting details.
This is not good because I require the inbound outlook interaction to not be a message in the inbox , but rather an appointment in their calendar.
Secondly, these appointments can contain attachments similar to standard messages/ emails.
Is this possible with native .net? how about third party libraries?
The format for publishing calendar data is iCalendar (its like smtp for calenders and is used in most Outlook style applications.
I tested DDay.iCal library for this and it worked fine for me.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/dday-ical/
It produces a stream formatted in iCalendar format which can be saved to disk, emailed, or returned from a web site. In your case if you are SMTP then attaching an iCalendar format file as an attachment should do the trick.
