I logged into magento 2.0.9 admin, enabled the caches , but after sometime when refreshed admin panel is not working. Showing like in the image below. How to get into the admin panel. Thanks in advance.

I'm running drupal website with docker composer and now admin panel is not showing for admin user. when i try to go site/admin, it's redirecting to home page and not showing the admin panel.
I log into my website

it redirects me to login and I login fine and the admin bar on top shows BUT there is no option for Dashboard, nothing just blank. I have checked the PHPmyadmin and I am an admin.
I tried to access the dashboard directly by going to
https://www.raisinghopesa.com/wp-admin/index.php after logging in and it told me I am not allowed to access this page
Tried:
Renaming plugin folder
renaming theme folder to force default theme
Created new admin user level 10 in PHPmyadmin
changed PHP versions in case of any conflict
Checked my Permissions

this is because your admin dashboard ulr is redirected (maybe by a plugin, server setting, .htaccess...).
You can access wp dashboard login by this url - Basically, just add "/wp-login.php" follow you site URL.
i have multisite wordpress (version 5.7.2) with wordfence plugins installed.
after several days not logged in i found email notification from wordfence reported that people try login using admin account but unsuccessful.
i try to login by myself too and unsuccessful. so i rename wordfence plugin folder to disable it.
i successfully logged in using admin account from subsite (sub.mainsite.com) but not from main site (mainsite.com). and i cannot access network admin menu in mainsite.
my question is, how to be able to re-access main site using admin account?
do you use cache plugins? try to purge cache.
or clear browser cache.
try to access wp-admin using another browser.
I have just installed a wordpress website, and i was working with some security measures but now my wordpress admin is not loading. It gets redirected to page not found.
Steps which i have done
I have installed wordpress in the following url icg.projects.com
Then i have moved the wp files to a sub-folder named "core-files" (as per this url http://www.ampercent.com/move-core-wordpress-files-custom-directory/6211/).
Till now frontend and wp admin works fine
Now i just tried to change the admin url to icgadmin (ie. from icg.projects.com/core-files/wp-admin/ to icg.projects.com/core-files/icgadmin/). The problem is after giving the username and password in wp-login page my url becomes http://icg.projects.com/core-files/icgadmin/. But the content of the page is "Page not Found". But the actually i should get the wordpress admin.
Any help would be really appreciated.
