Where can I find the Google Translate API supported languages list?

https://cloud.google.com/translate/v2/translate-reference#supported_languages
On this link, it says
Following is a partial list of supported languages and their codes:
What does the word partial mean? Are these the only languages supported or can I use more?
According to Google: 1) Yes these are the only languages supported, 2) Google may be able to use more languages. Here it says: 'Note that other languages which are not listed in this table may be returned (these will be iso639-1 language codes)'. So I suggest to call the Translate API with all possible iso639-1 codes to try to find out what additional codes are supported.

How to add a new language to Plone

We need a way to classify pages or files as being of a language not already known in the standard language list in Plone/Zope. We don't need any translation or other functionality, just a way classify items as these new languages.
What is the best practice way of handling this?
We are currently looking at using ATVocabularyManager to import a new list of languages and then creating a plugin that uses schemaextender to adjust the vocabulary used by the DC metadata language field on all Plone content. Is there a more out of the box way of doing this?
Some of the languages we want to add don't have standard language codes such as Koori, Assyrian, Soranî, Tetum, Dari and Karen.
We also have a similar but related need to display Chinese Traditional and Chinese Simplified using these names, rather than as Chinese China and Chinese HongKong.
Similar to Add new language in Plone , the best way is to contact the i18n-team for adding a new language, even if you don't have translation-strings, yet. They can be contributed step-by-step and in case also be overwritten for individual purposes.

Ada - How to generate a list of package variables from GNAT Pro Studio?

I'd like to use the xref information from a GPS Ada project to generate lists of the variables defined for each package spec and body. I need to exclude any variables defined inside of subprograms.
I can see this information in GPS's "Project View" which shows the literals, package, pragmas, types, and variables defined in each file. However, the information is not selectable for cut/paste. How do I generate this in text form?
GPS is customised using Python. The provided scripts are in {installation}/share/gps/library; it looks as though unused_entities.py might be a good start. Or, there's a chapter on "Customizing and Extending GPS" in the GPS documentation.
[Edit]
Or, even better, look at the example globals.py in {installation}/share/examples/gps/python. A quick poke through the documentation (accessed in GPS via Help/Python extensions) suggests you're looking for GPS.Entities e where e.category() is "object".
Since you mention GPS, have you tried Tools->Documentation->Generate project?
This will generate html, with hyperlinks etc, similar to Javadoc.
SciTools' Understand product can extract this information, although it's rather pricey. Though if you're working with a mound of legacy code, it's well worth the money--it has saved my bacon on more than one occasion.

adobe flex spellchecker for multiple language

I am trying to figure out the best way for doing spellcheck in flex application.
I need a support of multiple languages, like: english, russian and so on. Also, I don't need a realtime spellchecking, only in some particular moment(for example, user click button: "check my text"). I found clientside solution here - flex:SpellCheck , but looks like it able to check only english text. So now I am thinking
serverside solution, that recieve a text and needed language, check it(for example with aspell) and returns result. How do you think: is this a good way or I am missing something?
Thanks.
