Why would yesterday"s steps increase after getting today's steps? - microsoft-band

When using the Microsoft Health API, why would I get say 1910 steps for yesterday and 164 steps for today, however, later today, I'll get 1972 steps for yesterday on a later sync. Does that seem normal? How does one know that the number for yesterday is "final"? Thanks!
Eric

cudnn_cnn_infer64_8.dll. error code 126 windows 10

I am new here and I came to look for help since my business is stopped due a problem I have.
I am not into codding, so I asked a person to do a training app for training yolov4 models for my job. I work in agriculture.
It was working fine until I changed my computer and it's not working anymore. What about the person that made it? He is unreachable for months already since he found a job overseas.
It has 2 versions, training with Cuda or without Cuda. The second one works, but it is too slow to be practical, weeks vs hours with cuda.
I already installed everything that should be installed: CMake, Powershell, Cuda, OpenCV, cuDNN and I have a Nvidia 1650 Super.
Attached is the error message.
Anybody can help? you can keep the training app if you can make it work again.
Thanks in advance,
Miguel

Does play store pre-launch report warnings delay the publication in the Beta release or in production?

I have recently uploaded the app to the Play-Store after months of building it and now play store delayed publish. So, after browsing through the console found "Pre-release report", so 4 some minor issues. So, thought that they are causing the delay, so updated the app those issues removed and got now only 1 issue, which is of the before issues, which is not at all an issue actually. Because of these things I have rolled same app to the production.
So, my question is does pre-launch report really delay the publication time, even the issues are not issues actually, because the bot is flagged the issue actually.
No pre launch reports don't cause any delay...you are facing the delay which is currently being faced by all developers. Google has also mentioned the reason behind it that because of covid 19 pandemic they are taking more than usual review time. If it is first app for play store then it will take about 7 days or else less than 7 days. I recently published my 3rd app and it took 2 days but first one took 7 days. Similarly first app update took 2 days but 3rd apps update takes less than 1 hour may be I think now it is taking lesser time as now lockdowns have been taken off by govt. In some places.

Atmospherejs.com repo search unavailable for 3 days now?

I've just started using Meteor, absolutely loving it so far, but having issues with atmospherejs.com.
For the last 3 days (the entire time I've been using Meteor) I haven't been able to search for any packages. Every time I try I get "SEARCH SERVER UNAVAILABLE, PLEASE TRY AGAIN."
Is this a regular thing that is to be expected, maybe due to high traffic, or am I doing something wrong?
Apologies for the non-code related question but I googled and couldn't find any results so I thought I'd ask the community that are using it regularly on here.
Many thanks!

Meteor Galaxy starting and stopping

I am currently working on building a simple online game as practice and to be able to play with some friends. I am interested in the ease of use of the Galaxy system provided by Meteor, but do not want to constantly pay the hourly price, totaling around $30 per month.
They mention that you can stop your which stops billing (on this site) but I have yet to find out much more about starting and stopping.
Is there any back end work that needs to be done each time an app is stopped and then started? What is the time delay for starting/stopping? Is there a maximum amount of times an app can be started and stopped per month?
If there is a site that answers all this that I missed in my research, I apologize. I've tried looking everywhere I can.
i have apps hosted on Galaxy, and no i haven't seen anything cumbersome when taking an app offline and back online. it's simply unavailable when offline, and then just starts up when back online.
note that, during this time, i didn't do anything with the database (which is hosted on Mongo's Atlas) until i permanently took an app offline. so the db portion may be a consideration for you.

BizTalk 2009 EDI HIPAA 5010A Hotfix/Update

I was wondering if anyone could offer any insight as to when an update is going to be released for BizTalk to comply with the 5010A standard, all addendums and errata included.
I've just about exhausted myself with Google and Bing searches and the only thing that I can find is a very vague mention of first quarter 2011 on MSDN, but that timeline has nearly passed with no mention of it again. The BizTalk product team blog stopped blogging early last year and their last mention of 5010 was related to the first hotfix that was released for the original standard, but none of the addendums or errata are handled by that hotfix that I can see.
Maybe I'm missing something, but I'm up to my knees is 5010 development right now and we're getting close to testing across several transaction sets, none of which can be tested without the schemas being up to date.
Thanks in advance for your help!
