I wanted to know if there was a way to collate data from different forms in google forms.
My question is simple: Is there a way so that once a user completes and submits a set of forms, is there a way for the data to be automatically collated into one spreadsheet ?

Flutter - Storing Widgets in Firebase?

I am wondering whether it is possible to store Widgets(code) in Firebase?
Reason:
I want the user to create a form that is specific to that user, so they can add / remove fields. Clients of the user can then fill that form out based on what fields the user wants.
I have read in other Stackflow Questions for other languages that they convert the code .toString() and store it as a String.
Any feedback would be appreciated!
Storing widgets won't be that much standard. See, the type of fields aren't infinite. What's infinite in your context is how many fields one user can have and the sequence of input fields (Just like a Google Form creation process).
One idea is that you store the sequence of input fields the user has selected and in each sequence you store the label, placeholders of those input fields which are common. Then retrieve those data from fire-base and display with the help of enum.
Yes, you are correct, it's possible to store codes in Firebase, using Flutter. As you mentioned, using the toString() - described in the official Flutter API here - it's possible to override and convert any formats to String, which can be stored in Firebase as you prefer.
However, please, consider checking and verifying the code added, as this is not the better solution and won't be able to add any code to your application as a field. Adding to that, when the code is brought back from the database, you should be able to use it as fields, once you convert the code.

Multiple Forms For One Database

I have a database containing just over 100 tables. I have developed multiple summary forms to access various related tables. I now want to build a overview form to specify a search which will then pull up the related record on the various summary forms. Child Parent Image
The image attached is from the original MS Access database but shows how the main form references several summary forms.
Presently each form opens a self.db = Sqlite3.connect("PipeSpec.db") and self.cursor = self.db.cursor(). Is there a simple way to pass this connection to other forms, I am concerned this will turn into a memory hog, will that be the case?

Decoding device information from user agent

Recently, I've add the user agent string when the guests submit the form to the database. There is a report that is generated weekly containing various statistics. I want to add the device and maybe the browser information to the report.
I was pondering that I would create a new database table that would hold all the know user agent strings and have two extra fields, one for the device info, and maybe the browser in the other one. However, I cannot find a site that you can download the strings. Would any one know of a place?
If that can not be done, I was thinking of a .net alternative. How would I go into doing that in .net?
2 ways to do it:
If you are using ASPNET MVC, you could use the default this.Request.Browser within the controller method call (contains quite a lot of info, example here),
You can also use 51Degrees, which has a light and a complete device db to match devices capabilities

Loading external data to InfoPath once only

Hopefully someone can help me with my problem.
Background
I have create an InfoPath form that is to assess project risk. It allow the user to select a scenario and in return the form returns a risk class and set of actions. The actions are displayed on the form as a multi selection list box, because I was unable to display the action list in a text box.
The form is going to be used in multiple locations, thus will be published to multiple sharePoint sites across Australia and so for easy of updating all of the scenarios and actions will be loaded from a universal SharePoint list. This will then not require the republishing of the form with every update.
The Problem
If a new version of the form is rolled out. E.g. any of the scenarios or actions change. I can not have any previously submitted forms change with it, as the previously submitted answers in the form may not be relevant in the old versions.
This is not an issue with the Scenario fields as they can be tagged to load only once. But the multi selection list box works differently and loads its data every time the form is opened.
The Question
Is there anyway of loading the data in the multi selection list box only once?
If not is there anyway I can load data into a bulleted list or some other field that I can load only once on open of the form for the first time?

I had the same issue - I don't want data in old, previously submitted forms to refresh their data for dropdown, tables, etc when they are opened in the future. They need to always use the same data they were submitted with, regardless of weather the database values have changed or not.
To do this, I first unchecked the option "Automatically populate data when the form is opened". Then I unchecked the option to tell data to expire after X amount of days - so i always know the form will have data cached.
I then created a field to serve as a marker for weather to update values from the database or not. Then I used custom code to refresh secondary datasources from the database if needed. In my form loading event, I check to see if the from has already been submitted or not using my marker field.... if not previously submitted - refresh the data - if previously submitted- do not refresh data.
On submition of the form, i set my market field to indicate the form is locked and should never update its secondary sources

I do not understand your problem since the previously created XML data forms are opened with XSN templates with which they have been created (i.e. previously created XML data forms are opened wh the use of old XSN template forms). If it is not so, then open a question why it is failing for you.
Also, I do not understand why do you need to load choices from external source, if it should be fixed once and forever, load it from resource XML file embedded into template itself or choices entered manually (Enter choices manually in properties of Multi Selection List Box). So, they will be stored in the used template

Is it possible to create multiple versions of the same table, and if so, how?

I'm currently in the process of creating a website/system and was wondering how I can create multiple versions of a table to then be used by many users. The reason for this is primarily due to the amount of information that is needed my each user. Another reason for doing so is a result of each information have been laid out to display the product code and other key information.
This is due to a main table setting a list of data for example prices of a product. To which the user then can set and store data in their own table to be used at a later date and referenced accordingly. Rather than creating multiple columns in the thousands I feel it would be better to simply create different versions of the table.
Instead of creating multiple table, why don't you not create seperate Views in Database based on your User and display that information in table.
Altought, its recommended to use the single same table, and add fields that allow to restrict some data for a particular user, there is some few cases that may be required to have several versions of the table, like the ones you mention.
I have work with a web app. that served several companies, with the same tables, fields, schemas, same web server & databased server, and yet the customers want it separated from other users.
Usually, you create several tables with the same schema, but different id. Your web app. must have a way to select which table or database you are going to use.
Be very careful with this approach, is very difficult to maintain, its better to use some programming techniques to control this scenario, like:
