I am using Revolution slider plugin for a wordpress site. The slider gives the option to add text on slider image But I want to add a rotate text on the slider image which is possible by using a plugin shortcode.
Do you have any idea where i can put shortcode for text so that it works upon Revolution slider image?
I'm using this text rotator plugin. https://wordpress.org/plugins/saeid-simple-text-rotator/
I have tried to put the shortcode after the slider shortcode but it displays next to the slider area.
Please help me if you have any solution.

You don't need an extra plugin to do this.
Add the (text)element
Click on animations
Select the "+" icon
Click on rotation
Edit the rotations
Now you're able to set the rotations for the element. I will upload a screenshot, but its in Dutch.

Anyone managed to get RevSlider Post Based to show a custom field image as background instead of the default featured image?
I have set up a few custom fields on a CPT and everything shows up ok. But, I need the Background image to be an image set in a custom field instead of the featured image. I had also tried it by selecting External Image as a source and adding {{meta:my_custom_img_url}} to the URL but it does not work :).
Any help is appreciated!

My theme has a Slider Revolution installed by default. Because of the problem with "Defer parsing of JavaScript" which I solved, I had to turn the slider off, well actually it just doesn't work anymore. That's why now I want to exchange this slider with the most simple changing pictures solution at that position.
So please tell me in what file should I look for the code and which code should be changed with what code?
If you want to remove slider revolution completely than deactivate slider revolution plugin and delete it. After delete slider revolution plugin you can use LayerSlider plugin for the slider.
Hi I am using slider revolution. The editor is not showing the whole slide content. I'm new to wordpress and the slides we're already created. I just need to do some changes. I can't seem to figure this out.
If I am right you want to edit the text which is not currently showing full into your r-slider.
so go to your editor and make zoom less it will show you all text make changes and save it and set the zoom previous positions with ctrl+0

I like this CSS Image Slider but I don't know to link it to the admin panel so it will automatically take the images uploaded there and also add extra bullet for each image uploaded.
If anyone knows how to make this it would be great.

I have implemented a Nivo Slider in my Drupal site and I am not getting the control I want for styling it.
I know by default Nivo Slider only supports Image, Title, and Link fields for Drupal rows. I did find a workaround to get the teaser to show with the title however:
but looking at the generated HTML in FireFox, I see that my DIVs do not get printed.
How can I get complete control over my Nivo Slider when using Drupal? I want to be able to print as many DIVs and use CSS to my heart's content. I've been stuck for hours playing around with the template files as well with no luck.
