CRM 2016 On-premises Installation with no Internet connection - crm

I have an issue regarding CRM 2016 On-premises Installation with no Internet connection.
At the "Download and Install Required Components" page - The installation program somehow required internet connection for downloading the all components …
I do not have internet connection from the server and I have all Required Components in the "Redist" folder as part of the installation folder.
I have tried and succeeded install all Required Components from that folder and still the installation required the "Required Components" repeatedly …
I is it issue regarding the installation files?
Can I install the CRM with implicitly for no-internet connection?
Is it something configurability?
Any help will be great

BizTalk 2016 Oracle.DataAcces 4.121.1.0 not found, 2.112.4.0 installed

We recently changed to a new BizTalk version from 2010. We are trying to configure our first ReceivePort on it, but we are running into the error that seems to indicate that the version of the Oracle.DataAcces that is in the cache is very outdated.
I have been looking around but unfortunately, i am not an expert in how the GAC works so i haven't figured out how BizTalk selects which version to search for.
Would the solution be to Install a newer version of the Oracle Dataacces into the GAC? And is the Oracle Data adapter part of the BizTalk adapter pack? That Pack was pre installed on our server so it would be weird if it was the cause of the wrong version.
Edit: The ODAC we installed claims to be the version 4 one (in the read me and download link) but doesn't seem to be the one in the cache.
You MUST install Microsoft BizTalk Adapter for Enterprise Application. if you are using the same box that you used for BTS 2010, then Uninstall, the Old Adapter pack, and install the new one from BTS Media.

Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 Community - Unable to connect to the configured development Web server' error when trying to build website

I know it's a re-post but I've tried so many different solutions and so far nothing fixed my problem.
I'm having an annoying issue with my Microsoft Visual Studio 2015:
Every time I build my project, I get an alert message saying "Unable to connect to the configured development Web server".
I had an issue when I tried to install MVS 2015 at first but fixed it by disabling the HTTP driver in device manager. After that everything worked great for a week or so, I only had to able/disable the HTTP driver depending on what I wanted to work on. Since today, disabling HTTP doesn't change anything and I always get the same alert message.
My set-up:
HP EliteBook 8560w
Windows 7 professional with Service Pack 1
Intel Core i7-2630QM # 2.00GHz
8.00 GB of RAM
64-bit Operating System
What I've done:
Disabled/Enabled HTTP driver
Install every windows update (windows 7 pro)
Install every MSV 2015 update
Uninstall/Install IIS Express
Delete the automatically generated IIS Express Folder
Inserting this command in Command Shell
netsh http add urlacl url=http://{ip_addr}:{port}/ user=everyone
Opening MVS in administrator
Look if SSL was enabled (it wasn't)
Closing skype or any apps using IIS Express
Close Chrome
And probably more since I got to page 4 of google's results when I searched for this error message.
So yeah, I'm pretty clueless about what to try next, I've read somewhere that installing windows 10 could fix it but I have my doubts about that.
If anyone has any solutions or anything to help me troubleshoot the problem it would be SUPER appreciated!
Thanks,
C.
Update: I should of done a while ago but I forgot, managed to make it work by installing Windows 10.

BizTalk 2013 R2 CU2 not installing properly

I am trying to install the CU2 found here for BizTalk 2013 R2. After installing the patch (installer reports installation successful) BizTalk's version remains the same. As per the patch list the version is supposed to be 3.11.237.2, yet in the registry the version is still showing 3.11.158.0. I looked in the list of installed updates under Control Panel, and I do not see the patch for Biztalk 2013 R2 listed; however, I do see the patch showing up for Biztalk 2013 R2 Accelerator for HL7 and Biztalk Adapter Pack (x64).
When I try to run the patch installer again, I get this error: "An unexpected internal error has occurred."
Any ideas as to how I can confirm if the patch is really successfully applied or how to troubleshoot the installer error?
Yes, the registry version number does not change so you can't verify it that way.
To verify that it has installed open up Add/Remove programs, click View installed updates and look for the BizTalk CU2 under Microsoft BizTalk Adapter Pack
The other place you can check is the version numbers of the DLLs that are matches
Update: CU3 is now available that has some fixes related to installation issues.

How to solve `A network-related or instance-specific error...` while runing Live example of Telerik

Hi;
Last day i'm tried to start with a simple reporting web project in ASP.Net, after many times of searches and examines different jQuery charting plugins, i'm found Telerik useful for my project. so i'm downloaded the latest version of Telerik controls. then i'm installed it on my PC and get's to run demo. but when i'm run Live example of Telerik, i'm see this error:
How can i solve this error?
I'm solved my problem. I'm search this problem on google and other forums, but couldn't find an answer. so, i'm get to the installation path of Live demo and opened the .sln file. then Visual Studio reported me an error that this application needs to SQL Server Express that currently is not installed on this system. so, i'm downloaded the latest version of SQL Server Express from Microsoft site and installed it and now every thing works fine.
You can download SQL Server Express from here

ASPNETDB.MDF version conflict

I'm working on a project on my home computer which has Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate on it. I saved the project to a flash drive and did some work on it in the office where Visual Web Developer 2010 is installed.
The project so far just has the login screen which uses a .net login control. It was working on my home computer, and worked on my work computer. But after I brought it back home and tried to run it I get an error saying:
"The database '(my flash drive path)/ASPNETDB.MDF' cannot be opened because it is version 661. This server supports version 655 and earlier. A downgrade path is not supported."
So apparently when I ran it on my work computer it set the database to version 661. What can I do now so I can run it on my home computer? What changes do I need to make to make sure I can work on this project in both places going forward?
Thanks for any help!
The easiest solution would be to update SQL Server (or SQL Server Express, as appropriate) on your home computer to the currently released version.
