Free Issue Tracking System Recomandation - issue-tracking

I am looking for a free online Issue Tracking System that allows public users to add tickets ( so no sign up required ). I already looked on other topics regarding ITS on stackoverflow but I couldn't find anything close to what I am looking for.
Any recommendations?
Regards.

How to apply for a LinkedIn API permissions in 2019

I've tried googling and going through LinkedIn/Microsoft developer documentation a few times over, however it is still unclear how one can apply for elevated API permissions (r_fullprofile) for an app or even contact LinkedIn customer support.
We already have an app set up and authentication/basic API access working just fine. It is still not clear however what the application process is nowadays and how to contact them. The partner program pages are no longer there, all the contact us links are gone from the site as well, and their docs and support forums are no help either.
I would appreciate any help or advice on how to proceed with this.
UPDATE: Just to clarify, we do have API v2 and Oauth working already. We need to know what's the application procedure to get the r_fullprofile permission and where can we apply.
The r_fullprofile should be available here under the marketing developer platform link. You will be asked to fill up a survey as I did a couple of days ago. Hope this helps.
I applied on 20 May and I'm still waiting for "Marketing Developer Platform" permission review.
Please, Could someone tell me how long it takes to get permissions approval?

Restrict the WooCommerce API

I need to allow access to a WooCommerce API, but give READ access to the Products only. The API works fine currently but is a security concern as it can access all information regarding customers and orders.
I have found a plugin that can do it, but it is barely used and is over 4 years since an update. https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-api-lockdown/
Has anyone got any suggestions here? I've searched the internet and can't find another solution. I'm assuming a function could be written but I don't know where to start.
Many thanks
Dan
When you create the keys you can choose to only make have it access to read. Or do you want further restrictions on what it can read?

Form autofill with LinkedIn

EDIT: LINKEDIN SUPPORT - do you check Stack Overflow for posts tagged with linkedin like it says on your website?
Have been directed here by LinkedIn developer site.
I have found the following article ( https://community.unbounce.com/unbounce/topics/guide-implementing-linkedins-new-autofill-feature ), plus a couple of others that talk about LinkedIn autofill, but there seems to be no documentation on the LinkedIn developers site. Is this still in beta? Is there a date set for its official release and for documentation release?
I wish to implement this on our company HubSpot landing pages, but so far haver been unsuccessful ('Your request could not be completed') and I am wondering if this is because it has not been made available to the public yet?
I have seen it used on 2 sites, but I assume these are using formstack or another application that has been granted access to the functionality?
Would very much appreciate some info on this great potential new feature.
Thanks in advance
I came across this thread while I was researching Autofill. Looks like you have to use LinkedIn Lead Accelerator for you to be able to use it. And people are saying that that's like $25k/3 months!

Find user who approved comments in Wordpress?

On Wordpress 3.4, is there any functionality or any way using which I can find who (which user) approved some particular comments?
I have a blog that is having a multiple admin and few comments that are spam but not approved by anyone. I think its hacking or a compromise of someone password... so need to figure out as which user account is used to approve the comment?
I have tried to find out, but unable to find any way to find this information? May be someone here has an idea on how to get this information from wordpress.

Drupal Forum Topic Locked

Morning all,
just setting up a Drupal 6 install with the Forum Core Module and Advanced Forum and am coming across a problem where all topics I post are locked as soon as they are posted.
The topics have comments Read/Write selected. I've set permissions so all users except anonymous can post topics.
Done some looking around with no luck or solutions
There is an issue between Advanced Forum and Comment Block which was preventing the rest of the forum layout to load correctly and forcing topics to be locked. Disabling the module let everything drop in to place.
