Wordpress - Dropdown menu issues - wordpress

I'm having trouble organising the top menu on my site.
There are categories in the dropdown menus which work fine, for example "The Details" lead to Contact and About me.
My issue is that when "The Details" is clicked (which it shouldn't really because it's a dropdown menu, but I figure some people might do it anyway), that doesn't lead anywhere but to a "Page not found".
Is there anyway I can put a post that you get redirected to, or just deactivate it so that the only things that are clickable are the items within the dropdown?
I'm sorry if I'm in the wrong, I've really been looking around for answers and I'm guessing it's a pretty easy fix but I'm pulling my hair here.
The website is http://www.mywondermentals.com if you need a look.
Thanks!
V.

It seems your theme is using wp_nav_menu. You could try changing that menu item to a Custom Link Item with # as URL address :)

Woocommerce + Financity problems

so basically I'm at a dead end. The problem I have has to do with the WordPress plugin Woocommerce and how it is implemented on my site.
First of all, my site is completely in Estonian, so I'm using Loco Translate and Polyland to actively translate strings. But some of the strings do not change. An example of this would be this, where the product has correct "Add to Cart" button translation, but "View details" has not changed.
Secondly, the text box padding or layout is kind of broken, as seen here. The configuration text should span across the page and the attributes' drop-down menu should be below it.
If anyone has any solutions to those problems, please do let me know.
Sincerely,
Arthur

Wordpress: How to turn page content into a popup

I really appreciate your generosity in taking the time to help me out!
I am working on a portfolio site to showcase my graphic work on wordpress.
For most themes, when you click on a list item on the portfolio it directs you to a new page dedicated to that item. I want it to be that when you click on the link, a big popup (about half the screen) comes up that displays the contents.
Is there a way to make the page content into a popup? Is there a plugin I can use for this?
You can see what I am looking for in this site:http://www.mikekus.com/
When you click on the link for each item, it doesn't redirect you to a new page. A popup comes up with the page information. How can I do that on wordpress?
Thank you in advance for your assistance!
Here is what that site is running on: Dunked.
There are quite a few options out there for this, especially in the WordPress plugin area. One fairly barebones looking one is WP Post Popup which, as the name implies, turns your posts into modal pop-up's instead of a new page.
Not sure if there is anything out of the box that is comparable to popping up on the side like the page you linked. With some CSS work though you could probably make the one I linked above, or any of them for that matter, look as you would like.
If you want to try and make something on your own, I would recommend doing some reading up on modal windows.

Blog posts not highlighting the active menu item

Ok, I know that there are several other questions on SO regarding this topic. By now, I have probably read all of them. I have been researching this for a little over two hours now and I am coming to the end of the road (about to give up!)... So, here I am on SO finally asking the question to involve other sharp minds.
I am helping build this Wordpress site: greatman.us. And, the Posts page is located on a page called "Blog." The "active" menu item is highlighting properly on PAGES, but when you go to a POST, the "Blog" menu item is not longer highlighted (i.e. NOTHING is highlighted in the header menu).
There is no way in Wordpress - as far as I'm aware - to create a "parent" for a blog post. This option is only available for Pages. I need to be able to have the "Blog" menu item stay highlighted when I am viewing a BLOG POST.
For a general example:
mywebsite.com/blog/ <--- menu item "Blog" is highlighted
mywebsite.com/blog/post223 <--- menu item "Blog" is no longer highlighted
I am proficient with CSS and HTML, but not with PHP. So, if this is a PHP fix, please dumb your answer down as much as possible.
I have read tons of other articles about this online and it seems to be a common issue, with most people not knowing how to code with PHP.
I am using a custom theme, called Divi. And it is missing some of the CSS elements that other forums and sites I have read said that the style.css should have. This is another reason I am coming to a dead end. Please help!
By the way, one WORKAROUND I discovered is to add POSTS as sub-menu items to the "Blog" page that you made in the Wordpress Menus area (in the admin back-end). Then, use "display:none" is CSS to remove the submenu from being displayed to the public. This causes two main problems, though: 1) You can never have any other sub-menu items, because they won't be displayed. 2) You have to manually add every single blog post to the menu as a sub-menu item. This will eventually make your menu super long assuming you are a regular blogger. It is also a hassle.
Within your CSS, you will also need to add .current-page-ancestor with the same attribtues as your current menu item.
Something similar to below:
.current_page_item, .current-page-ancestor {
// Some attributes
}
This is guessing that you have use wp_nav_menu() though. If not then I'll need to see what code you have used to generate the menus.

how do i prevent a nav plugin from duplicating itself in wordpress

Someone please help, I'm loosing it, I have started creating a website using different themes, and i needed to add a second menu, so i did. Now, this menu has manifested as a sticky menu at the top of the page and also as a static in the header. Ive gotten it to disappear from the header on several occasions by finagling with the code, but i don't know how i did it, and it eventually keeps coming back. Can someone please assist me in removing the menu from the header, so it is just a sticky at the top of the page?
the site is http://www.dynasty-management.com
Just click on a link, it will show up. If not its still messed up, take my word for it please.
On a lighter note, in the about page and the philosophy page, how do i get the pictures to resize and fit within the lines in a mobile atmosphere.
Please help me...
The menu you have is a premium plugin called stripe by bonfire , not a theme. In order to let it go you will need to deactivate the plugin.
It is a bit strange that you are using such a plugin which is a paid premium one without realising what it is doing ..

Drupal removes a page from menu links after page edit

This might be a really simple thing but i was unable to find an answer to it. The issue is this:
I'm using Drupal 7, updated from Drupal 6. I have main menu to which i've assigned some pages. Whenever i edit one of those pages Drupal, for some reason, removes it from the menu links. Anyone ever had the same problem or would anyone have any ideas as to why it behaves this way?
Ok, let's try to rule some things out. You said that you assigned this menu to some pages. If you are viewing the page in view mode, then click edit, then save, you will be taken back to the view of that node. If you are viewing all of your content in the admin, then click edit by the node, then click save, you will be taken back to the list of content in the admin. Take a look where you assigned this menu to, AND/OR where you did not assign it to. Make sure you are not looking at a page where the menu was not assigned to.
You only needed to enable it from the settings - 'Provide a menu link'.
