Without access to the code you cant add the Google Analytics tracker. Unless Strikingly has some kind of addon for it. I would contact Strikingly.
I have a website www.site.com that contains a iframe which embeds another site www.another.com which contains google analytics code. Now if a user navigated to my website at www.site.com will the google analytics code in the iframe for www.another.com track that user? If not is there a way to solve this?

I have the option for only adding http or https wesites.
I use the UA number that i got from a fake url but i get no analytics.

I'm not exactly clear what you mean by "where can I setup the account". It sounds like you've found it.
