Can not activate Fatal Error. Is Embedly aware?
Yes, this is a version issue with PHP. A new version of the Embedly plugin will be available later today.

I'm getting a error message when accessing 'wp-login.php' page and do not know how to fix it:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare retrieve_password() (previously declared in E:\Inetpub\vhosts\winningbizzness.com\httpdocs\wp-login.php:311) in E:\Inetpub\vhosts\winningbizzness.com\httpdocs\wp-includes\user.php on line 2671
I had the same issue here and it was caused by a WordPress update failure where some files were missing or corrupted.
I quickly resolved just reinstalling WordPress. In my case I used FTP, as in this guide: https://kinsta.com/blog/reinstall-wordpress/
Hope it helps anyone reading this answer!
I came back to my site after a long break and TADAH : Fatal error: Call to undefined function update_post_caches() in /home/web/cote-image/port2016/wp-includes/query.php on line 3818
You can see that on : http://lpb.cerealog.net/cote-image/port2016/.
Have you some answer to help me ?
I remove all the plugins for test but nothing
I think it was an update 4.6.1 to 4.6.3 but i don't have idea.
This issue is caused by W3 Total Cache plugin. You should disable and enable it again or better update it if it is not the latest version. If you still experience the problem try renaming or removing the w3-total-cache folder.

Environment: Symfony 2.8.1 with XAMPP Version 5.5.24 on Windows 7.
If I trigger a fatal error in a controller, anything as simple as $array = ; in production environment, I'm getting a default php error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ';' in C:\xampp\htdocs\tgsupport-test\src\AppBundle\Controller\DefaultController.php on line 16
followed by symfony custom error page message. Obviously I'd want to avoid to show eorr info in production.
Moreover in prod.log I see a double critical error: under php.CRITICAL and request.CRITICAL. Is really useful to show the same error twice?
I'm using default configuration, indeed I just installed default framework without any custom setting and I triggered my error in AppBundle/DefaultController, so I was wondering if I'm missing anything.
I missed a php.ini configuration to avoid to display error messages in page.
I'm getting the following error while activating the Upprev Plugin in Wordpress.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_submit_button()
I don't know why I'm getting this error. Please advice.
I'm currently using wordpress 3.0.1
You are light years behind. Why are you still using wordpress 3.0.1.
Your problem is not with the plugin, but with your wordpress version. get_submit_button() was introduced in wordpress 3.1. This is what is triggering the fatal error, as this function doesn't exist before 3.1
You should really really really upgrade your wordpress install. You are seriously missing out on some of wordpress best features. UPGRADE TODAY!!!!
I have wordpress site. I have installed modern-blue-green-120070612-2 theme. Then i got an error message on the right hand side "Fatal error: Call to undefined function cypher_previousposts() in mydomain\wp-content\themes\modern-blue-green-120070612-2\sidebar.php on line 59.
Does any one know this? Please help me ....
Thaks in advance
cypher_previousposts seems to be coming from a plug-in named "Previous Posts" (see e.g. here). The author seems to be running the site cypherhackz.net. I'd recommend you search for this plugin in the official WP plugin repository and install it from there.
