Scroll to anchor on specific page (Wordpress) - wordpress

I'm building a Wordpress website and I'm trying to scroll to an anchor on specific pages. My idea is to detect on which page the visitor is based on de URL. If the URL is http://website.com/targetterm/category/test I would like the script to detect the term targetterm and automatically scroll to an anchor on these pages.
Is there anyone who has an idea how to achieve this?
Thanks!

How to set transition from one page to another page using Wordpress

I am very new to WordPress. I just started developed with it this week but I am a experienced front end developer. I attached a link to my working site. When you go to the site the first page will be a top navbar menu with a image in the middle. I want the first page to be an image only and then after a few seconds go to the page you currently see. How do I do this?
In the Dashboard setting for Pages, the page with the image only the Order setting is 1 and the page with the menu is 2.
Is there a easier/better way to do this besides what I'm describing?
I would appreciate any help for this.

Link anchor tag in wordpress site to wordpress page

I am trying to move a website of static pages over to wordpress. In my main navigation menu on the main page, how do I edit the navigation menu such that when I clicked on the links the user is directed to the other static html pages as well? I knew pages in wordpress are similar in function, so how do I actually put the html code for them in these pages in wordpress? Been trying out but have no idea how to do it.
Thanks in advance!
You do it through the menu editor...
You can add a link to wherever you wish.
If you wish to do so Pragmatically here is an explanation: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/44736/programmatically-add-a-navigation-menu-and-menu-items

How to direct users from the landing iFrame to another iFrame?

I want to customize the Facebook Page for the organization I'm working for. I would like to have a custom landing page as an iFrame with "Like our page!". Done that. But when the users become fans, they are directed to the Wall next time they visit the page. How can I make Facebook direct them to another iFrame? It was possible with FBML to create a custom landing page and then direct users to a custom fan page, but now I can't seem to find the solution for this.
Any ideas?
As far as I know, this can't be done. Facebook Page settings dictate that you can only define the page non-fans land on.

disable parent page, wordpress navigation

I need to disable parent pages in my wordpress navigation menu. I have found a few plugins that disable click-through, but hover arrow and color change are still present. Looking to simply have the parent page show as text in the menu. Here is the header.php code if needed.

Please let me know if other information is needed.
Your help is much appreciated.
Alex
I have come across this a few times before. If I understand correctly, you have something like an About Us section, but there's no content on the About Us page. You want the link in the header to redirect to the first subpage in that section, the History page for example.
The way I had to deal with this was to make About Us redirect to History using a plugin called Page Links To.
