I am using the docvert 5.1 for convert .doc to html. When i run the "Tests (run all)" during I am getting the error message under the following parts:
" ✘Unable to run tests due to exception. Failed to connect to LibreOffice on port 2002. Connector : couldn't connect to socket (Success) If you don't have a server then read README for 'OPTIONAL LIBRARIES' to see how to set one up."

I have found it from here : https://github.com/holloway/docvert/
I think you have to start your server using this command :
sudo apt-get install libreoffice python-uno python-lxml python-imaging pdf2svg librsvg2-2
/usr/bin/soffice --headless --norestore --nologo --norestore --nofirststartwizard --accept="socket,port=2002;urp;"

I am trying to run the example grakn migration "phone_calls" (using python and JSON files).
Before reaching there, I need to load the schema, but I am having trouble with getting the schema loaded, as shown here: https://dev.grakn.ai/docs/examples/phone-calls-schema
System:
-Mac OS 10.15
-grakn-core 1.8.3
-python 3.7.3
The grakn server is started. I checked and the 48555 TCP port is open, so I don't think there is any firewall issue. The schema file is in the same folder (phone_calls) as where the json data files is, for the next step. I am using a virtual environment. The error is below:
(project1_env) (base) tiffanytoor1#MacBook-Pro-2 onco % grakn server start
Storage is already running
Grakn Core Server is already running
(project1_env) (base) tiffanytoor1#MacBook-Pro-2 onco % grakn console --keyspace phone_calls --file phone_calls/schema.gql
Unable to create connection to Grakn instance at localhost:48555
Cause: io.grpc.StatusRuntimeException
UNKNOWN: Could not reach any contact point, make sure you've provided valid addresses (showing first 1, use getErrors() for more: Node(endPoint=/127.0.0.1:9042, hostId=null, hashCode=5f59fd46): com.datastax.oss.driver.api.core.connection.ConnectionInitException: [JanusGraph Session|control|connecting...] init query OPTIONS: error writing ). Please check server logs for the stack trace.
I would appreciate any help! Thanks!
Nevermind -- I found the solution, in case any one else runs into a similar problem. The server configuration file needs to be edited: point the data directory to your project data files (here: the phone_calls data files) & change the server IP address to your own.
I'm very new to the ELK stack and was trying to add some security settings (username and password) to access Kibana following the instructions from the link below:
https://www.elastic.co/blog/getting-started-with-elasticsearch-security
At Step 4: Security in Kibana, once the yml file modified, I try to launch Kibana from the terminal with the command ./bin/kibana but it displays the following errors :
./bin/kibana: line 24: /usr/local/var/homebrew/linked/kibana-7.6.2-linux-x86_64/bin/../node/bin/node: cannot execute binary file
./bin/kibana: line 24: /usr/local/var/homebrew/linked/kibana-7.6.2-linux-x86_64/bin/../node/bin/node: Undefined error: 0
I think I've followed all the previous steps carefully and everything else worked so far.
I'm using a Mac and the error seems to be very basic. Any clue?
Thanks for the help.
Looks like you've downloaded the wrong architecture (Linux) of Kibana on your Mac.
This generally happens when the architecture is not compatible with system architecture or running a 64 bits on 32 bits machine.
Simple solution:
Download the mac version of Kibana from here - https://www.elastic.co/downloads/kibana
Once downloaded, run ./bin/kibana in Kibana directory.
This will successfully start local server of Kibana on localhost:5601
I'm trying to restore an a Xen VM (domain) from state file which I create previously. At the restore I need to modify the XML of this VM with the following command:
virsh restore domU.state --xml newconfig.xml
This command triggers an error with the following text:
error: Failed to restore domain from domU.state
error: argument unsupported: xml modification unsupported
What I already try:
restore without XML, which works perfectly.
run the command with the original xml the domain was created from
run the command with a totally different file which is not even an XML
At step 2. & 3. the error output was always the same.
Used versions:
xen 4.11.1
libvirt 5.1.0
os fedora 30
As the error message suggests, the ability to pass in custom XML when restoring a guest from a snapshot, is unfortunately not supported by the libvirt Xen (libxl) driver. This feature only works with QEMU/KVM at this time.
I am working on deploying a shiny application in a Docker container onto Bluemix. I am using the rocker/shiny Docker image (https://hub.docker.com/r/rocker/shiny/) as my initial starting point. I have installed unixODBC-dev, RODBC, ibm data server driver package, the ibmdbR library for R, and all needed dependencies. My only problem is that when I try to access the shiny app from a web browser it fails to execute, the error is:
Warning in odbcDriverConnect("DSN=BLUDB", :
[RODBC] ERROR: state 01000, code 0, message [unixODBC][Driver Manager]Can't open lib '/root/db2_cli_odbc_driver/dsdriver/odbc_cli_driver/linuxamd64/clidriver/lib/libdb2o.so' : file not found
Warning in odbcDriverConnect("DSN=BLUDB; :
ODBC connection failed
Error in idaInit(con) : con is not an open connection, please use idaConnect() to create an open connection to the data base.
Initially I had this same problem whenever I would try to use isql to connect to the database or try to connect from RStudio, I used ldd on that library file and found what was missing and that fixed making connections from the command line and RStudio, however my Shiny-Server still gives me the same error, is there anything I am missing?
I ended up solving the problem myself, turns out the libraries were not accessible by the shiny-server which was running as a service. I moved the db2 odbc drivers over to /usr/local/lib to make it accessible, I also ran the "ldd" command on the library mentioned in the error message and found that I had to install libxml2 as well. After doing that I simply changed my odbcinst.ini file at /etc to reference the new location of the db2 library and now it all works! Hopefully anyone else trying to deploy Shiny Apps that rely on connecting to a DB2 database will find this useful.
I've been trying to get the status of Informatica CDC logger and listener via remote server, while passing the command the following error is encountered.
/erppwrb1/custom/cdc/PWXCDC/pwxcmd: error while loading shared libraries: libdtlinfod.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
TO fix this I tried to export library path before capturing the status but this time different error pops up.
code used to get logger status:
ssh cdcpwrb1#erppwabc.pw.abc.com 'export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/erppwrb1/oracle/11.2.0/lib:/erppwabc/custom/cdc/PWXCDC:/usr/lib;/erppwabc/custom/cdc/PWXCDC/pwxcmd displaystatus -sv ERPABC_LOGGER'
error received : "PWX-00001 Error opening repository "dtlmsg.txt". RCs = 268/150/2."
But when running the command
/erppwabc/custom/cdc/PWXCDC/pwxcmd displaystatus -sv ERPABC_LOGGER
directly in CDC server it fetches the status
Please help.
You need to export PWX_HOME as well, where the file dtlmsg.txt is present
