I want to hide my default blog sidebar in all pages of the woocommerce plugin and instead add woocommerce sidebar.
How in can do this?

It's theme dependent. Please check your theme option and see if you can change the sidebar for the WooCommerce page.
For example, this is the theme option in Avada theme:
I'm using the BuddyPress sidebar. The problem is that when I activate the plugin it deactivates my themes sidebar. So none of my BuddyPress pages have sidebars. All other plugins like custom sidebars or conditional sidebars or sidebar logic failt to solve the problem. Any ideas?
When you publish a regular WordPress Page (not a Post), and view it, does that page have the sidebar that you're expecting?
I'm using KALLYAS theme with WooCommerce plugin for an online store. My problem is, I can't remove the right sidebar on the Shop page. I tried several page layouts on this theme. But sidebar never goes. If I removed the sidebar from KALLYAS them options, it affects to other pages as well. Such as blog page. (I need sidebar on the blog page).
So, if anyone have an idea of a solution, please be kind enough to reply...
Thanks..
make sure the page layout is set to "No sidebar", along with the "Defualt - Set from theme options" sidebar selected just like in the picture below. Also did you try to empty cache and hard reload? HAHA
I have a web site on Wordpress using my custom made theme, I need to put a module with text and images on the frontpage of my theme which should be managed from the admin panel. I've read about widgets but I don't quite get how can I put them anywhere not just in sidebars, I don't have sidebars on my frontpage. any help would be appreciated.
Widget compatible sidebar in Wordpres it is just position on the page where widget could be placed. It is not necessary to be in the left or right column of the site. I could be anywhere(header, footer, middle part). Look on the default theme how sidebars created in it. Default theme has 7 or 8 positions(sidebars) for widgets accessable from admin. Also there are lots of tutorials on how to add sidebar into theme
