How to open DICOM (.dcm) images in iOS ?

Though this is a duplicate question, it would be really great if someone can help me in integrating a DICOM image viewer in my iOS application. Basically we are building a health application, where we have a requirement to showcase .DCM images. Any solutions ?
I'd tried with this and this too. But no luck :(
Imebra (c++) can be compiled for OS-X and iOS.
It comes with few objective-c helpers that convert images to UIImage or NSImage and std::string objects to/from NSString.
The documentation contains a section dedicated to building the library for Apple OSes.
Disclosure: I'm the author of Imebra
I am currently the primary maintainer of fo-dicom, which is a C# based cross-platform DICOM toolkit, available on .NET Framework, but also on Xamarin iOS, Xamarin Android as well as other platforms.
If you are considering developing in C#, fo-dicom might be a sufficient alternative.

Does SignalR work with series 40?

I'm trying to use SignalR, but I want to know whether it's supported on series-40, specifically whether it's supported on Nokia Asha phones. Anyone knows? Thanks.
The answer is yes, I successfully get it working using Nokia Web Tools. Please refer to This blog post for things that you need to do to make it work.

How to find the "timing advance" network parameter on a Symbian phone?

How can I find the network parameter "timing advance" in a Symbian s60 phone.. Am developing the application with qt. i couldn't find a documentation about timing advance in it.
I heard of the Nokia Netmonitor
that gives you the TA and other GSM parameters but it doesn't work on public phones anymore. I've been working on this project for a month and it seems timing advance cannot be retrieved by a mobile user anymore. Let me know if you find any solution.

Admob in flex 4.6 native extensions

Has anyone found a way to get a Native Extension running for Admob yet? Or for iAd for that matter?
There seem to be a number of issues with the ANE, with compiling and with the manifest. Has anyone found a way to have it all sorted?
https://code.google.com/p/flash-air-admob-ane-for-ios-and-android/
this is base on admob v6 for ios and admob v4.1 for android

I have developed an iOS version of this native extension. Probably I'll make and android version and will post it for free. If you need it now please contact me.

where to start learning nokia application?

i have no idea about the nokia app all i know it is used the c++ and QT SDK correct me if I am wrong.
any references or book will be great.
Thanks
It depends, do you want to develop for Symbian or Maemo (more recent but available on less devices) ?
For Maemo, you could start with the SDK Virtual Image (to use in VirtualBox or VMWare):
http://maemovmware.garage.maemo.org/2nd_edition/
There is also a Virtual PC version, but I'm not sure if the image is as recent:
https://garage.maemo.org/projects/vpc-sdk
Otherwise, you could also check out the Nokia Forums, you could start here: http://www.forum.nokia.com/Library/Tools_and_downloads/Other/Maemo/
Also, you should also get the QT Tools if you're doing cross-platform: http://www.forum.nokia.com/Develop/Qt/Tools/
I think you want to google "Symbian":
http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.php/How_do_I_start_programming_for_Symbian_OS%3F
For Nokia phones, you have 2 types of applications:
Java application: J2ME, for feature phones (Series 40) and Symbian
QT: for Symbian and Maemo
The nokia forum is a great start for learning:
