VS.net 2013 Community Edition - Install Cordova - visual-studio-cordova

I downloaded CPT 3 of the Apache tools but inside Visual Studio.Net 2013 Community Edition it still say "Install Tools for Apache Cordova" in the New Project window.
I have Update 4 installed and the latest Windows 8.1 updates etc.
Please advise.

I installed CPT3, had to run Update 4 again in Repair and then after a system reboot was the templates etc visible in Visual Studio.Net 2013 Community Edition.

Microsoft ASP.NET and Web Tools VS2015 update tool won't detect Visual Studio 2015 although it is installed

I am trying to update Microsoft ASP.NET and Web Tools in Visual Studio 2015, but I get the following error:
"This product requires Visual Studio 2015 Update 3 or later. Please install Visual Studio 2015 Update 3 or later, then install this product again."
However, I do have Visual Studio 2015 Update 3 installed. I think this error may be related to the fact that there are several versions of Visual Studio installed in this computer (2008, 2010, 2015, 2017).
How can I make sure the update tool recognizes the correct installed version?
If your purpose is to install the .Net core and it was giving an error saying that you haven't installed VS Update 3 properly, then you can solve it by running :
DotNetCore.1.0.0-VS2015Tools.Preview2.exe SKIP_VSU_CHECK=1

When Microsoft ASP.NET and Web Tools 2015 will have a final version?

My Visual Studio 2015 installation keeps asking me to update ASP.NET and Web Tools 2015 extension, and it is always a preview version. When will it finally have a final version? Is there any roadmap? Right now it is asking me to install the file:
DotNetCore.1.0.1-VS2015Tools.Preview2.0.4.exe
Should I relax and just install the preview on my computer that I use for work?

How to add the Crystal Report on Visual Studio 2012 for web?

But I installed when I open my visual studion 2012 for web version, I cannot see the crystal report on add new item dialog box.
I saw this Stackoverflow also.

Project template missing in Visual Studio 2010

Today in one of the computer i installed visual studio 2010 professional edition, and successfully installed. But in my new project template "Asp.net MVC 2 website" is missing. Also I'm not able to open an already created MVC 2 project also. I'm also having MVC 2 installed with VS 2008 Sp1 in the same machine and is working fine. I uninstalled and installed again, the same is happening. Please help me out of this..
Have you tried downloading MVC 2 RTM separately following the Visual Studio 2010 install? Download here
Alternatively, did you have any of the betas or previews of MVC2 installed prior to installing Visual Studio 2010? You'll need to uninstall these.
When installing or modifying the installation of Visual Studio 2010 ensure you have 'Visual Web Developer' ticked. (see image below). If you just install C# you will not get MVC 2.
Are you creating a new website or project? I just did a fresh install of Professional and MVC 2 is only available under projects.

visual studio 2008 asp.net project templates missing

My desktop management team have just installed visual studio 2008 and there is no pluggins for asp.net ..
is this missed out while they installed visual studio?
can this to be installed again??
Did they install the Web Development tools? It's an option in the installer.
If you go to Help | About you should see something like:
Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2008
listed in the "Installed Products" list.
Running the installer a second time, and ensuring that option is checked should resolve the issue.
Double-check the project templates folder first:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/y3kkate1.aspx
and see if the templates are there. You can always try repairing the VS installation...
