Infinispan not using specified JGroups configuration file and throwing Exception - spring-mvc

I'm relatively new to using JGroups and Infinispan and have a two part question:
configuration file infinispan.xml:
<jgroups>
<stack-file name="configurationFile" path="cache/default-jgroups-tcp.xml"/>
</jgroups>
<threads />
<cache-container default-cache="dist" shutdown-hook="REGISTER">
<jmx duplicate-domains="true"/>
<distributed-cache name="distCache" owners="2" mode="ASYNC" />
</cache-container>
default-jgroups-tcp.xml is located in src/main/resource/cache folder. The contents of default-jgroups-tcp.xml is copied from the pre-configured JGroups files provided by infinispan-core.jar.
When running infinispan I would see:
INFO JGroupsTransport - ISPN000088: Unable to use any JGroups configuration mechanisms provided in properties {stackFilePath-configurationFile=cache/default-jgroups-tcp.xml, stack-configurationFile=configurationFile}. Using default JGroups configuration!
And right after that the exception would appear:

I have two questions:
1) Why is my JGroups configuration not able to be used? I tried different path combinations and even having it point directly to the pre-configured JGroups file provided by infinispan-core.jar.
2) Why would using the default JGroups configuration cause the java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException to be thrown or fail to set the ip_ttl?
Any help or input would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

2) On Windows, there are 2 implementations of DatagramSocket: DualStackPlainDatagramSocketImpl and TwoStacksPlainDatagramSocketImpl. The first (used by default on Vista and higher) throws the exception. The second does implement setTimeToLive().
So you need to use the second. This can be done in 2 ways:
Set -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true, or
Use the impl.prefix system property (google for details).
1) Seems that your classpath doesn't include the config file, have you tried setting an absolute rather than relative pather, e.g. /home/yourhome/config/jgroups-tcp.xml ?

Aptana won't open

I've installed new 3.6.0 version of the Aptana few weeks ago and everything worked well.
Yesterday I tried to open it and it won't start. After clicking on start icon loading icon shows for few seconds and nothing happens.
I was looking for a error log but there is no anything. I re-installed it last night and everything worked well. Today, after PC restart again the same problem.
I restarted it few times and it worked for few days and again the same.
Now I found log in configuration/derby.log and it says:

According to APSTUD-3610 this is a known issue but is probably not the source of your problem.
If you're opening a workspace by default, have you checked the .metadata/.log in the project to see what is being logged by Aptana? You can try to start Aptana 'clean': AptanaStudio3 -clean to see if this helps. See: How to force Eclipse to ask for default workspace?

Getting 'java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.springframework.beans.BeansException' when starting tomcat

Apache Derby - Embedded Mode - Failed to start database while reloading a servlet

I am using an embedded apache derby database on file system within a servlet application installed on a Tomcat 6.
Unfortunately I have almost no control over the tomcat configuration and other servlet installation and I cannot use the network/server mode for derby.
I have a minor issue whenever the servlet is reloaded (e.g. for debug purposes), i.e. the database seems to stay locked or in use by the old thread/servlet instance and the new one initialized by the Tomcat.
My application tries to open/create the database and it's working fine unless, as I said, I reload the servlet. This seems to happen because no methods are called whenever the tomcat reload the servlet and I have no time to shutdown the database connection from the correct thread, and when I try to start a new connection on the reloaded instance I get:

I tried also to delete the db.lck file before trying to create the new connection but this file is locked by the tomcat and cannot be deleted.
Also shutting down all derby system by using: DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc:derby:;shutdown=true");
results in the correct exception but when the application creates the new connection, there is the same error of multiple access.
Is there any way to avoid this?
My suggestion is that you need to modify the content of the context.xml file.
<Context>
<Resource name="jdbc/testDB" auth="Container" type="javax.sql.DataSource"
maxActive="20" maxIdle="10" username="classiccars" password="classiccars"
driverClassName="org.apache.derby.jdbc.EmbeddedDriver"
url="jdbc:derby:C:\Users\Nakshatra\.myeclipse\derby\myeclipse"/>
</Context>
Note:you need to log on as an Administrator if you use Windows 7 OS.

I had the same problem after altering context path for Tomcat 8.0.
What really helped my - Eclipse reboot.

Launch Runnable Jar from Web Start

This is my first time trying to use Web Start, and I am trying to launch my runnable jar. I get the following error from my webpage as I click the link to launch the jar. Can anyone help me out? The Notepad example from the tutorial works fine from another link on the test page (JNLP and jar in same folder as I have too). The jar and jnlp are definitely in the same folder, yet the jar cannot be found. Thanks in advance.
Folder Structure:
/MyApp
/MyApp/MyApp.jnlp
/MyApp/MyApp.jar
JNLP File:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<jnlp spec="1.0+" codebase="http://localhost/MyApp" href="MyApp.jnlp">
<information>
<title>MyApp Demo</title>
<vendor>Company Name</vendor>
</information>
<resources>
<jar href="MyApp.jar"/>
<j2se version="1.5+" href="http://java.sun.com/products/autodl/j2se"/>
</resources>
<application-desc main-class="MyAppMain">
<argument>arg1</argument>
<argument>arg2</argument>
</application-desc>

#### Java Web Start Error:
#### Unable to load resource: http://localhost/MyApp/MyApp.jar
I found my reson for why this file will not load. This was a permissions error. The account trying to access the JAR file didnt have windows permissions. I had created the JAR from Eclipse and exported it to my Desktop, then copied it over into the JNLP directory. Those permissions were not changed for the JAR after the copy/paste.
