Wordpress RSS-Feed not working: Server returned HTTP Error 500: Internal Server Error - wordpress

The RSS-Feeds of my Blog are not working at all.
I already tried turning off all plugins. That did not help.
Any other ideas?
Feed Validator says:

why don't you try saving permalinks I don't know whether it'll help or not but This is the solution for many things in wordpress..
Settings > premalinks and just save it..

XPROC p:file-mkdir not found

I'm using XPROC and the XPROC Processor MorganaXProc-IIIse. I'm actually just trying to create a directory through XPROC. However, all I get is this error message:
No visible declaration for '{http://www.w3.org/ns/xproc-step/filesystem}file-mkdir' found: Check spelling, imports or #use-when values.
Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<p:declare-step xmlns:p="http://www.w3.org/ns/xproc" xmlns:pf="http://www.w3.org/ns/xproc-step/filesystem" name="pipeline" version="3.0">
<p:variable name="base.dir" select="'.'"/>
<pf:file-mkdir href="${basedir}/lib"/>
</p:declare-step>
Since documentation is very limited, any hint is appreciated.
Thanks
In the context of XProc 3, the file-mkdir step is in the namespace http://www.w3.org/ns/xproc so using the prefix p your pipeline declares for that should work: <p:file-mkdir href="${basedir}/lib"/> instead of <pf:file-mkdir href="${basedir}/lib"/>.

How to fix invalid WordPress feed caused by quote?

I have a WordPress site with custom taxonomies. I send newsletters automatically with Mailchimp for each taxonomy feed. Most feeds work, but those for which there is a quote in the title are invalid.
For example, you can see this feed which title is "Val d'Oise" is invalid : https://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.verdi-immobilier.com%2Fdepartements%2F95-val-doise%2Ffeed%2F.
It returns the error XML parsing error: <unknown>:11:24: undefined entity. After testing, it's actually the quote which causes problem.
Here is the feed:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><rss version="2.0"
xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/"
xmlns:wfw="http://wellformedweb.org/CommentAPI/"

The ’ does not seem to be interpreted.
Do you guys know how to fix it?
Wrong answer:
This is not a quote:
–
It´s converted to a dash by wordpress
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dash
And a dash is not an UTF-8 character. Try this encoding:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-16"?>
Edit:
Right Answer: You are right, the problem ist the ’ - which is invalid.
Can you try to replace the ’ in the title of your post to
’
(which is valid and the same character) On the Frontend the ’ is shown and i hope a valid encoded character in the xml output also.
replace:
Val-d’oise
with:
Val-d’oise
in the post-title.
It is dirty, but I hope this helps. I think WordPress had a similar bug years ago.
Regards Tom
I don't think it's the – that's causing the problem - it's the ’ You can test this by pasting your XML text into the XML validator at https://xmlvalidation.com/
Substituting ’ for the ’ seems to pass the test on that validator page.
I don't know how to make your Wordpress feed emit the ’ That's your next project. Good luck!

What language is this file generated by Mascot version 1.0 written in?

I have been assigned a task to retrieve information from files that were processed from raw mass spectrophotometry data (file.mzML).
These files have just ".data" as extension and when I open them, I cannot recognize the language and therefore I cannot load them into R and work on them.
The files with the .data extension are contained in this folder:
ftp://ftp.pride.ebi.ac.uk/pride/data/archive/2015/11/PXD000299/
Could someone take a look at any of the files.data and tell me the language is in (e.g. F010439)?
EDIT: these is are some snippets

It looks like that file is MIME-encoded "multi-part" file that contains (at least) two components files.
You can decode the multi-part using a MIME decoder.
The first component file looks like a simple "name=value" property file
The second component file is XML.
I don't know if this is relevant, but a search for Mascot file format gave me this reference page:
http://www.matrixscience.com/help/data_file_help.html
Also, there were some interesting hits when I searched for parser "x-mascot" and parser mascot. If you can find an existing parser, then you may be able to save yourself implementation effort.

Using EXSLT dates-and-times module in XSLT 1.0 yields unknown error

I added the EXSLT dates-and-times module in my XSLT 1.0 file by declaring:
<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0" xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform" ... xmlns:date="http://exslt.org/dates-and-times" extension-element-prefixes="date">
This doesn't affect my resulting page, but when I try to call the actual date with:
<xsl:value-of select="date:date-time()"/>
I receive an "Error loading stylesheet: An unknown error has occurred ()" message when loading my page.
Does anyone have a suggestion as to what I might be missing? Thanks in advance!
but when I try to call the actual
date with:
<xsl:value-of
select="date:date-time()"/>
I receive
an "Error loading stylesheet: An
unknown error has occurred ()" message
when loading my page
This means that the particular XSLT processor you're using doesn't implement EXSLT (or just the date-time module of EXSLT).
Here is a small transformation:
<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0"
xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"
xmlns:date="http://exslt.org/dates-and-times"
>
<xsl:output method="text"/>
<xsl:template match="/">
<xsl:value-of select="date:date-time()"/>
</xsl:template>
</xsl:stylesheet>
when applied to any XML document (not used), with the Saxon 6.5.4 XSLT 1.0 processor, the correct result is produced:
2010-05-22T12:49:44-07:00
Solution:
Either use an XSLT 1.0 processor that implements EXSLT, or pass the current date-time as a parameter to the transformation.
If using XSLT 2.x, just use the XPath 2.0 function current-dateTime().
