publish biztalk service in seperate biztalk server Error - biztalk

I am New to biztalk
I have created two way port and publish my biztalk project as a biztalk service in my local machine.
Then I have Created Small Client App and access the Biztalk app through published biztalk service. Successfully send the schema and received the response. But For same Application I have created an another web service in seperate server, which has biztalk.
I want the biztalk application in my local machine as it is , and access that biztalk application from seperate server biztalk service.
When I consumed the seperate server web service and try to call the web method, it says:
System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Internal SOAP Processing Failure
My Soap Transport Properties page web asmx:
/SampleBiztalkApp_Proxy/WebService_SampleBiztalkApp.asmx
My Soap Transport Properties page Public Address:
{RemoteMechineName}/SampleBiztalkApp_ProxyGID /SampleBiztalkApp_SampleOrchestration_PortRR.asmx
Is there any other configuration to do so?
If you have any idea about publishing biztalk service in seperate machine.
Thank's

BizTalk Server has to be installed and configured on the other machine as well. This is because the Receive Location is running in an Isolated Host within IIS but it's still BizTalk.

How can i host signalr on a dedicated server

I am working on a blazor application.
I have tried azure signalr services (ASRS).
All signalr requests are handled by a dedicated azure resource. So it suppose this reduce load on web server.
What i want to do is to deploy a dedicated signalr server like ASRS but on my own bare-metal server.
I have read some documentation about self-hosted azure but this is not the same thing than ASRS because ASRS does not host Hubs. Hubs stays on web server.
How can i do this ?
Thanks

Is domain controller necessary for BizTalk server 2010 in order to run BizTalk WCF published services?

I have a BizTalk Server 2010 installed in windows server 2008 R2. When i publish wcf service through wizard and try to run the service on browser, it returns an error :
The Messaging Engine failed to register the adapter for
"WCF-BasicHttp" for the receive location
"/OrderProcessingDescription/OrderProcessService.svc". Please verify
that the receive location exists, and that the isolated adapter runs
under an account that has access to the BizTalk databases.
Also account used in the application pool is a member of the BizTalk Isolated Host Users group.
One thing which is not installed in Windows Server 2010 is Domain Controller. Please let me know if I need to install it .
please see the following thread to check the actual error:

Answer from thread:
To solve this issue check the application pool security user account
in the IIS. Add that user account into the BizTalk Isolated Host Users
group. Or change the application pool to the pool which user is
already a member of the BizTalk Isolated Host Users Group.
The domain controller feature actually has very little to do with this and the feature is likely not to be installed on your BizTalk server.
Since you are using the publishing wizard:
Ensure that there is an app pool available which is linked to a BTS Isolated host account (you seem to have done this).
Ensure that the app/virtual directory created by the wizard in IIS for the basicHttp endpoint is configured to use this app pool.
Ensure that the corresponding receive port is created, and enabled (look in the BizTalk admin console).
Also ensure that the BTS host process for the receive port is running.

should I use azure connect in this scenario

My webapplication hosted on windows azure needs to communicate with TFS Server.
my webroles connect to TFS using a uri similar to (http://ed12-ektfsp-01:8080/tfs/eeol/ )
While on azure I found that my webrole failed to communicate with tfs server.
Do I need to enable "azure connect" for for my azure webrole to
communicate with tfs ?
Do I need to remote into my tfs server and
install azure connect into my TFS server for the azure connect to
get enabled ?
Why azure cannot communicate using
"http://ed12-ektfsp-01:8080/tfs/eeol/ " ?
Your web application does not know the server ed12-ektfsp-01 (I'm assuming this is a server in your datacenter/in your internal network). But there are a few options to allow your web application to connect to this server even if it isn't hosted in Windows Azure:
Configure your firewall to allow traffic from the internet to reach the server ed12-ektfsp-01. This is probably something you do not want to do, unless the server is already available (maybe for developers working at home). Then instead of using the machine name, use the public domain instead (like tfs.mycompany.com) if it's available.
Like you already mentioned, use Windows Azure Connect. This allows you to create a secure tunnel between your roles and your datacenter/internal network. You'll be able to connect to ed12-ektfsp-01 even if it's not exposed to the internet through your firewall. In order for this to work you'll need to install the agent on each server you want to connect to your role, this includes your TFS server.
You can connect your role to a Virtual Network. Then you can use a VPN device on-premises to create a site-to-site VPN connection to this Virtual Network. See the tutorial here: Create a Virtual Network for Cross-Premises Connectivity
You can use Service Bus Relay. This allows you to create a WCF service that calls TFS and host that service within your datacenter/network, but publish it to the cloud. Your web application will be able to consume the WCF service as if it were hosted in Windows Azure.
Please take a look at my answer to this question.
As for your specific questions:
Do I need to enable "azure connect" for for my azure webrole to
communicate with tfs ?
YES.
Do I need to remote into my tfs server and install azure connect into
my TFS server for the azure connect to get enabled ?
YES. And add both the WebRole and the TFS Server into single Connection Group.
Why azure cannot communicate using
"http://ed12-ektfsp-01:8080/tfs/eeol/ " ?
Because the address given is known only within your corporate network, and only resolved by the Company's DNS server. Noone outside can access this address.

How do I publish ASP.NET MVC3 application to azure using "Publish -> "Web Deploy"? (getting error: Web Deployment task failed)

I'm getting this error when trying to deploy to azure using "Publish" from my MVC project. I checked Web Management Service and Web Deployment Agent Service and there are both running. Credentials I'm using are valid since I get access to server instance through remote desktop
I've also checked values for the properties VS filled for me on the "Publish Web" dialog and they are correct:
Service Url: https://*.cloudapp.net:8172/MsDeploy.axd (where * is my hosted service ID)
Site/Application: NLSubscriber.Web_IN_0_Web
Error 66 Web deployment task failed.(Could not connect to the destination computer (".cloudapp.net"). On the destination computer, make sure that Web Deploy is installed and that the required process ("The Web Management Service") is started.)
This error indicates that you cannot connect to the server. Make sure the service URL is correct, firewall and network settings on this computer and on the server computer are configured properly, and the appropriate services have been started on the server.
Error details:
Could not connect to the destination computer (".cloudapp.net"). On the destination computer, make sure that Web Deploy is installed and that the required process ("The Web Management Service") is started.
Unable to connect to the remote server
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8172
0 0 NLSubscriber.Web
I've checked that the service url is reachable (and not blocked by
the firewall), by directly accessing it through my browser typing
just the same address VS is showing and after warning me about the
not trusted certificated, it prompted me for user/password, which I
provided and accessed it with no problem at all.
I've opened Remote Desktop and checked site name from IIS manager,
which is the same as pre-inputted by VS: NLSubscriber.Web_IN_0_Web.
What am I missing?
It seems Arwind has solved this issue on http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/windowsazuredevelopment/thread/dfe98f28-b211-4124-a505-0c664f48b3e5/
Please check the link and see whether it helps.

IP permission problem in Web Service Publish

I have a weird case here at work.
The customer(telecommunication firm) has a server which we publish asp.net web service codes which we designed for them. We use that server and web service to get data from the customers own web service and give out for client(telephone) to use it.
The customer does not allow us to code on the remote server, so we have to work on local computer.
The customer has 2 IPs for its own web services. One of them can be reached only from the remote server, this is an internal IP. Second IP is public which I can reach from my local computer. They address the same methods. For security reasons, they divided IPs.
Everything is fine while developing on local. But when I need to publish web service to the server, I need to change web service URLs to remote servers internal IP. But the local Visual Studio web reference doesn't change web service URLs because it can't reach to service as it is only permitted to reach from the server. So I cannot get a build and publish my code.
Somehow I need to change my visual studio reference URLs to internal IP(so far nobody can reach from local), in order
Hope I am clear.
Thanks
It can be changed from the web.config of your local project.
