SQL-Server instance issue in IIS - asp.net

I have created a website in which I am authenticating user as per the user and password present in the database. It was working fine until I uploaded on the IIS server.
I am getting the following error.

I tried to search that i need to downgrade the version of the database but dont know how exactly. I have sql-server 2008.
I dont have the liberty to create the entire database into the downgrade instance.

You need to create a script for database and then create that database in SQL Server where you want to use this. Here is the reference link for that.

Database First MVC App giving user instance error on hosting

I have developed a web app in MVC 5 with the Database First approach.
When hosting the app I get an error "Generating user instances in SQL Server is disabled. Use sp_configure 'user instances enabled' to generate user instances."
The thing is that this only happens when I host the application on the server. When ran locally there are no errors. I am not sure what is causing this error as I am using an online database connection,not local mdf file. From what research I've done on this error I can only find examples where people have used a local database.
Below is the web.config connection string:
<connectionStrings>
<add name="DefaultConnection" providerName="System.Data.SqlClient" connectionString="Data Source=***.***.***.**,1434;Initial Catalog=tsp13amp_tsp136;User Id=******;Password=******;MultipleActiveResultSets=True;" />
<add name="TSPEntities" providerName="System.Data.EntityClient" connectionString="metadata=res://*/Models.TSPEntities.csdl|res://*/Models.TSPEntities.ssdl|res://*/Models.TSPEntities.msl;provider=System.Data.SqlClient;provider connection string="Data Source=***.***.***.**,1434;Initial Catalog=tsp13amp_tsp136;User Id=******;Password=******;MultipleActiveResultSets=True;App=EntityFramework"" />
And the stacktrace as I can't seem to make head or tails of it:
[SqlException (0x80131904): Generating user instances in SQL Server is disabled. Use sp_configure 'user instances enabled' to generate user instances.]

"error: 52 - Unable to locate a Local Database Runtime installation. Verify that SQL Server Express is properly installed and that the Local Database Runtime feature is enabled."
The connection string you are using is only valid for your development environment. Depending on how your production environment is setup you have to either make sure your local development environment matches that or adjust your connection string for your production environment accordingly.

When deploying localdb/v11.0 no longer works

I am attempting to deploy an asp.net application to a Windows Server 2012 server and have come across an issue where the application will no longer connect to a localdb server on SQL Server 2012. I am able to access the localdb database in Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, the database explorer will connect, and I copied the connection string from the properties of the connection into the Web.Config file replacing the asterisks with the actual password. Even though the connection is possible I still can't get it to connect.
The connection string in the Web.Config (Replacing the user id and password with actual values) is:
<add name="ApplicationServices"
connectionString="Data Source=(localdb)\v11.0;Initial Catalog=Grouplink;Integrated Security=False;User ID=******;Password=*********;"
providerName="System.Data.SqlClient" />
The exception details are as follows:

ASP.NET 4.5 Forms Authentication after hosting

I have a .NET 4.5 Forms application that works great locally. Does not require any authentication and I can use all pages. However, I am able to register user, log in and log out without any problems.
On godaddy, I can get to an HTML page I put on godaddy so everything is setup fine. But when I try to go to Default.aspx, I get a log in error even though nothing is requiring authentication locally. When I try to register a user, I get this error below.
One thing I noticed is that my application is 4.5 and this error shows 4.0 at the bottom. Now on godaddy, they just say you are using 4.0/4.5. There is no separation between them. I have talked to godaddy few times but they say they have very little technical help for custom sites like this and I have to resolve these. But if the .NET version is the problem, I will convert my projects or recreate them in 4.0.

I have a .NET 4.5 Forms application that works great locally. Does not
require any authentication and I can use all pages
If you run the application locally, Visual Studio uses SQL Express for development. As the result, it is working without even you notice it. Normally, the database is created inside App_Data folder.
A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while
establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or
was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that
SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections.
However, when you deploy the application (to GoDaddy), you need to explicitly provide the connection in web.config to connect to actual SQL Server.
According to the above error message, you did not provide the correct connection string in web.config.

The poor man's way to check your connection string (and any firewall issues) outside of code is this:
Go to Control Panel
Find ODBC
Go to System-DSN.
Create a new ODBC connection.
Create a Sql Server one.
Put in your credentials.
Test the Connection.
.........
If that works, then:
If you do this you're running under your own Identity.
Your website may be running under another Identity.
Keep that in mind.
But the ODBC is a quick way to check your credentials.
The error you are getting is basically "I can't connect to the Sql Server as you've defined in the connection string".
......
If you're confident that your credentials are correct, then here is the poor man's way to check for firewall issues.
Get this:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=24009
and "query" your sql server. most likely, you'll ping on port 1433, but that could be different.
........
Firewall setup helpful url:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc646023.aspx
Your connection lost somehow, maybe because of network issue.
