Tumblr Pages Menu and Social Buttons Not showing up in mobile - css

I am customizing this Tumblr for someone who asked that I move the menu items above the header, including social buttons. I solved this in the Effector theme by selecting "Pages in top bar" (which moved the Music, Gallery, and Contact buttons on the top left) and then opted to forego the social widgets in the theme and instead linked images of select social buttons to the musician's social sites. It looks exactly how I want it to look on a computer, but this top "menu" disappears in mobile view. I'm not quite sure what I need to input in CSS, or maybe that's not the route to go. Tried various things for a few days to no avail. Anyone know of a solution?

Have you tried going to customize > advanced options and click "Use optimized mobile layout"?

Close pop-up window when scrolling

My situation is the following:
I have a WordPress eCommerce website with several products on it. On the product pages, obiously there are pictures of the product. When you select the picture, it opens a pop-up screen with an enlarged version of the product picture.
Recently I have noticed that, when people open the product image pop-up on a mobile device, they start scrolling. I assume this is because they expect the pop-up to close when scrolling.
All these functions (product page, product image pop-up) are created by WordPress plugin WooCommerce. The layout and style are created by my selected WordPress Theme. This means I have access to some funtions but changing things like JavaScript is not an easy thing to do.
So my question is:
Is there a way to add functionality to close the product image pop-up when scrolling on a mobile device?
Thanks in advance for any help, I would really appreciate it!
Yes it can be close easily.
You can do from your page builder option Like Elementor, WPBakery Page Builder or anything that are you use.
Secondly you can close it using JavaScript.
You can do from your Theme Option.
Thank you Hope it will Help you

(Wordpress Avada Theme) Anchor links not working on mobile

I'm building a website for a client in Wordpress using the Avada Theme and for some reason, my nav bar anchor links are not working at all on mobile (when I click on one of the items in the dropdown either using Firefox's responsive view or my actual phone, it just goes to the top of that page, not to the section where the ID is), even though it works fine on desktop.
This is the website in question: http://harcourt.epicdev.co.za/
It's the items under What We Offer that I'm trying to get to work, and unfortunately the Avada forums are no help whatsoever.
Thanks in advance!
in avada you need to add an element anchor to the position where it should scroll to and give it a name.
Avada have this ability so you can adjust the exact position of an anchor accordingly to your needs. simply add the anchor element into your page wherever it should scroll to on click in menu, and its done. works in every browser. even IE.
i use the same procedure in my crypto lexikon.

Did you try "Tabs"? You can place her different contents at the same area by clicking the Tab Title which you could style with css.

Is it possible to permit some users to see pills but not others with Drupal Bootstrap?

In a website I am working on, a customer wants another menu with multiple dropdowns under the main navigation menu.
Instead of using the typical menu features associated with Drupal's Bootstrap theme, I used pills.
Is it possible to enable some users to view these pills but not others? I know it is possible to do so with pages.
I have enabled each user to have their own page, which only they can see.
Ideally, I'd like for each user to be able to see a "My Profile" Pill (or Menu, or Button, whatever works), that directs them to their own page.
The problem I've been having is that in the pill drop-down menu, they can also see everyone else's link to their page, even though when they click it, they can't access another user's page.
Also, I have tried the same thing with the Main Navigation Menu that is already built into the Bootstrap theme, and it works just not with the pills.
I can't seem to find any code that references this either.

You may have a JavaScript error in your theme when viewing the customisation pane. JavaScript errors can (sometimes) cause unrelated areas to not function properly as the JavaScript engine essentially falls over.
I would suggest trying the same with a stock theme (Twenty Twelve, for example), so you can find if it is a theme-specific problem. If it is a problem with the theme then you can consult with the author of the theme.
