Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES4 - adobe

I am working with one form to which I add a table.
In the first column, I put instructions for the users who need to complete the second column.
Now I need the field in the second column to adjust automatically when the people complete the table in PDF. For the moment, the text is clipped when I put a text more long that the size to the field, and one arrow for move the text in the field). How can I avoid this clipping?

Make sure you you tick allow multiple lines from the object palette and set height to expand to fit from the layout palette for the text field on the second column.
This will expand the field vertically if the content doesn't fit.

Freeze/float cell while keeping other cell scrollable

I am creating a table where I need to freeze some cell while keeping the other cell scrollable. The table must be responsive to screen size that is why I need to make some cell scrollable.
Based on the picture above, I want to keep the blue area floating/or freeze while the red area scrollable.
How is this possible in google app maker?
First of all, this widget that you refer to as a table in your sample screen is actually a composite widget where it combines several basic widgets like the list, horizontal panel, and pager.
There is another table widget under charts, called Table chart, that can be used to present your data in rows and columns. But if you are looking for a property that can achieve this UI effect, then I'm afraid AppMaker does not support this yet.
If you are really keen to make this work, I would suggest that you combine two table widgets that inherit the same data source then wrap them SIDE-BY-SIDE in a horizontal panel. The left side will only contain columns that you want to freeze while the right size will have the rest of the column that can be scrollable.
Make sure to set the height of both tables to auto-grow based on the content (Fit to content). This will give the effect that the two tables are merged when doing vertical scrolling.
I have here a sample implementation as I described above. I gave a background to the main container to better understand the concept. I also added a small gap to show that I used two table widgets.

BIRT Column Width not being Respected

I'm trying to create a BIRT report. The code and query side of it works just fine, but the display is rather wonky.
There's one column whose text contents are rather long, and instead of showing some text and allowing scrolling of the text (which is the behavior I'd like there), it simply shows up as a very vertically long text block; kinda ruins the report a bit. I've also tried setting the width on the column, but no dice there either. Any ideas?
Also, as an aside, how do I get the table's columns to have grid lines? I can do that on the rows, but I can't seem to figure out how to do that for the columns. If anyone has insight into that issue, it'd be appreciated.
Here's a screenshot of the issue
Here's my BIRT report XML, without headers and footers in order reduce characters
I think there is no way to use a scrollable view element inside your report, because the output by the default html-emitter is completely static (I would like to see a different answer if this should be wrong).
To your second Question about how to add a border to a column. Click into the cell of your table, click on "Border" inside the "Properties Editor" and select the borders you like to use. This should be repreated for all cells where you want to use the borders, because this configuration is not applied for a whole column but just for one cell. If you want a border for the whole column you need to setup the border for every cell in the column.
If you have already a data cell inside your table cell, you can use the outline view to select the table cell instead of the data cell:

JavaFX - Show cells in empty table

In JavaFX, when a table has no data, there is no grid shown, instead it is a white plane saying "No content in table".
What do I have to do if I want the common grid, just with no content instead of the white plane?
I solved the problem using two tricks:
I added one entry to the table with empty values in order to make sure the grid is shown.
I set setMouseTransparent(true) so the first entry is not clickable and the table really acts as if nothing is there.

Adjust table automatically

I've a table containing one row of radio options and another with two paragraphs out of which only one will be displayed and another hidden based on value selected by user in radio options.
The issue is, those two paragraphs are of different content length making one paragraph consuming more space in table. When user selects the option to display bigger paragraph, the table expands automatically to fit bigger content. But again later if user selects a radio option to display small paragraph, it does not shrink it back which should shrink to fit a small paragraph.
Is there any to handle it in CSS?
You could try add this css as below, if not work, could you please paste your codes here for further investigation? hope this helps.
table-layout:fixed;

Flex BarChart long text

In my application, I am using a BarChart to display data. However, the text in the category axis can be too long to display on the chart, so flex adjusts the font size automatically to the point that the data is either unreadable, or the text is partially visible.
The length of the text varies every time new data comes in, so I can't set the gutterLeft attribute to a static value at runtime.
Two things that come to my mind are:
Change the gutter dynamically according to new data
Have a scroll bar on the categoryaxis so that if any text won't fit in the space, the user can scroll to see it
Any help would be appreciated.
EDIT:
I have hundreds of rows of data being graphed at once, so I can't really use a legend for each item.
Also, I have no idea how to change the gutterLeft property with actionscript. Doing it in MXML is as simple as
gutterLeft="100"
but I cannot access the property using actionscript. I also tried to bind the gutterLeft variable to an integer and change that integer and it still didn't work. :|
the problem is that gutterleft is a style, and therefor needs to be set as one when using actionscript.
I was hoping to see your code to give a more detailed answer but what you want to do is:
mychart.setStyle("gutterLeft",500);
