I am using Wordpress on my Domain CBSE Result 2014
I am facing an issue on it. All the post and pages are showing the ads while the homepage is blank and is not showing any ads on it. Please if you know about these kind of isse then do reply. Also, tell me that is this a Wordpress Issue or Server issue on which the domain is hosted.
I have got the solution of mine. This was a server issue as the server of mine was hacked and after hacking the Wordpress Charset was set to UTF-7 due to which I was facing this issue but thanks to admin of New Year Greetings who helped me a lot to get out of this issue. The issue was only due to utf-7 which should be utf-8 for wordpress as it is recommended.

Our site was working properly for a month or so and all of a sudden it won't work unless you are logged into the site backend [/wp-admin]. You can see the issue here - https://hema-filler.com/.
While not logged in, it strips off the domain name from the CSS/Image/JavaScript requests and you can see that in the screenshot -
I'm only administering this site and not the developer. If you came across this kind of an issue before or if you know why this is happening, please post back.
This site is in Azure/Linux, on the latest WordPress version.
As far as I can see from the errors, your domain name is missing from the URL of the requests to the static content, which is why it is not loading properly. Please check your siteurl and homeurl inside your wp_options table in your database. If the issue still persists, then I would recommend checking with your hosting provider's support team. If they lack support, then I would recommend switching to managed WordPress hosting.
I built a website for our company using a wordpress install. This is installed in it's own directory on our hosting account on GoDaddy. We have a domain purchased through GoDaddy added as an addon domain. When you go to OurNewSite.com you see the homepage located at OurOldSite.com/wordpress, and OurNewSite.com in the address bar. However, when you navigate to the About Us page on the site, the address bar changes back to OurOldSite.com/wordpress/about.
I've tried the answer from THIS POST here, with OurNewSite.com in the fields, but this doesn't seem to be working. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
So, this is actually what worked for me. After waiting, the link eventually updated after a few hours, but it produced an Internal Server Error. THIS ARTICLE has a list of common causes for the error I was getting on the link pages. The directions for "checking for a corrupt .htaccess file worked like a charm.
I hope someone can help, I've been going round and round in circles. I've tried calling my host 1and1 they basically told me it's nothing to do with them.
All my Wordpress pages render fine to the eye of the user.
However if I use http://web-sniffer.net and put any page other than the homepage it returns a 404 status.
The .htaccess file is the standard Wordpress one. I don't have any caching plugins installed.
Could anyone tell me how I fix this? Or what on earth is going on? I've been at this for hours reading tonnes of posts to no avail.
I am using a dedicated 1and1 server, within the settings in Plesk the IPv6 address was set to none. As soon as I added a IPv6 address it all worked!
Note I had another issue that Facebook wasn't able to scrape my URLs, this also fixed that. Wordpress - Shared link 404 on Facebook
I ran into a pretty strange problem while setting up a website. I moved a WP installation from the subdirectory wp2014 to the website root (the site is http://www.startglobal.org/), and now all the links still go to the subdirectory. The weird thing is that everything is displayed correctly once I am logged in as an admin.
Would anyone know how to solve this?
Thanks!
Benjamin
Please Try WP Migrate DB Plugin, hopefully It should solve your problem.
I develop a website with CMS WordPress. I don't have any errors on my localhost. I uploaded it on web server and it's fine. But, I can't go wp-admin and I got a plain white page. I enabled error reporting and got just two warning. I solved it and reloaded. Unfortunately, I still got a plane page. Is there any way to solve this problem? Please favor me and thanks for your time.
